| 中文摘要: | 现在越来越多的人开始对科技型中小企业的发展状况产生兴趣,但在科技型中小企业这一领域中,当前的研究的不足仍然是一个普遍的现象。本文以海驰科技公司为研究对象,通过对战略管理理论的回顾,在学习、研究、吸收主流战略管理理论,根据当前科技型企业的发展趋势和动态,分析和研究当前企业面对的外部环境,尤其是国家及地方的扶植政策,这方面的解读对企业的影响尤为关键,它决定着国家对科技型企业的扶植方向和扶植力度,以及政策中某些不足对于企业的影响。然后分析了行业发展状态,阐述行业发展态势及企业所处环境,以此说明当前科技型企业发展存在的诸多问题。通过使用战略钻石根据企业在哪里开展活动、如何到达那里、如何在市场中获胜、企业的速度以及行动顺序来寻求企业成功所循的道理,以求能全面了解企业所具备的内部资源,根据这些资源才能合理的规划出未来企业的发展战略。然后根据前面分析的外部政策环境和企业内部资源,通过SWOT进行组合分析,根据企业优劣势和企业机遇与挑战的内容合理的选择未来企业的发展模式。通过前面的分析制定企业未来的发展战略观念,为客户提供定制化产品和服务。在阐明企业发展总体战略观念后,针对市场战略和竞争战略做出说明。同时,由于现代管理研究重点关注企业战略的执行与实施方面,认为比起战略的制定,企业对战略的实施更为重要。因此,根据海驰公司的特点,以战略地图为模型,将企业战略实施从财务、客户、运营和组织这四个方面分别进行说明,最后阐述企业战略控制的方式和方法。完成企业从环境分析到目标制定,再到战略规划与战略实施最终进行战略控制的整个过程。本文力求以海驰公司为案例,完整的表述一个科技型公司未来发展的道路,为更多的科技型企业的战略制定及未来发展提供可参考的借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Now, more and more people begin to develop an interest in the development of the technology-based SMEs. In this thesis, Hai Chi Technology Co. Ltd is used as the research object and strategic management theories are reviewed. Besides, it learns, studies and absorbs the mainstream strategic management theories. Then, it analyzes current external environment facing the enterprises based on the development trends and dynamics of the technology-based enterprises. Particularly, national and local supporting policies are interpreted, which will have a key influence to enterprises. This determines the direction and strength of national supports. And the thesis also analyzes the impacts of some shortcomings in the policies on the enterprises. Next, the thesis analyzes the development dynamics of the industry and illustrates the developmental trend of the industry and the environments facing the enterprises. By doing so, the thesis specifies the problems existed in current technology-based enterprises. Strategic diamond is used to find out the roots of success in accordance with where the enterprises conduct business activities, how to get there, how to win in the marketplace, corporate speed and sequence of actions. As a result, the internal resources of an enterprise can be obtained in an all-round way. Only in accordance with such resources, can we make a rational plan on future development strategy for enterprises. Then according to the aforesaid external policy environment and internal resources, SWOT is used to make a combinatory analysis. Accordingly, the forthcoming development mode of an enterprise can be selected rationally in accordance with corporate strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Based on the above analysis, future development strategy and concept of an enterprise can be made to provide customers with customized products and services. After specifying the company's overall strategic concept, an instruction is made to illustrate the market strategy and competitive strategy.Meanwhile, researches on modern management focus mainly on the implementation of corporate strategy and deem that compared with strategy formulation, strategy implementation is more important. Thus, according to Hai Chi's features, the thesis treats the strategy map as a model and analyzes the implementation of the corporate strategy from four aspects: financial affairs, customers, operation and organization. Finally, the thesis elaborates the manners and methods for corporate strategy control. And the whole process from environmental analysis to goal setting, to strategic planning, to strategic implementation and finally to strategic control is completed. The thesis takes Hai Chi Company as an example and describes the future developmental road of a technology-based company completely so as to provide a reference for the strategic formulation and future development of technology-based enterprises. | |
