| 中文摘要: | 组织变革是当代管理学重要内容之一。组织变革是对组织功能和运作方式的转换或调整。它是以组织结构调整为核心的,主要利用行为科学和相关管理方法对组织的权利,规模,沟通渠道,职责,组织关系及成员观念,态度,行为等进行的变革,从而使公司的组织架构能够更加适应内外环境的改变,组织的效能得到显著提高的过程。正确的组织变革是对组织有一个系统的规律性研究,根据未来可能发展的趋势进行有计划,有步骤的稳健变革,从而使公司获得更快,更好的发展。 随着社会的发展,组织的变化流程不断更新,传统的管理模式已经不在适应时代发展的需要,于是在20世纪90年代,美国管理学家提出了流程再造理论。其对传统管理学赖以生存的基础-分工理论提出了质疑,并提出了突破传统职能分工的工作方式,倡导为顾客创造价值为基础的流程再造理论。流程再造也称为业务流程重组,彻底改变了劳动分工思想和管理理念。是通过对企业业务流程的再思考及再设计来实现的,其目标是实现企业业绩的巨大改进和适应整个快速变化的外部环境。 在本论文中,作者就组织变革、变革管理及流程再造的关联理论作为问题分析和研究的目标。以N公司组织变革为例,结合相关理论分析其在变革过程中的思路和方式,通过对组织结构的设计,变革管理,企业文化,实施过程,沟通步骤及组织变革及其管理的关键影响因素等方面的分析,找出N公司组织变革过程中的优缺点,并着重分析其流程化组织变革的失败原因。具体表现为对组织现况分析不足,组织结构不合理,管理沟通不到位,员工阻力大等问题。通过结合现实情况的研究分析和反思。 本论文作者希望能够通过本篇论文对实际问题的分析和研究,为N公司及类似企业的管理者提供如何进行组织变革,特别是流程再造变革的一些思路和启迪,从而实现组织变革的成功。应用本论文的思路即可以为N公司未来组织变革提供成功的保障,同时也可以对具有相同问题或发展需求的企业给予实践意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The organization change is the main content of the modern management. The major purpose of the organization change is to convert or adjust the organization function and working way. The core of the organization change is to adjust the organization structure, in order to fulfill the change requirement of the inside and outside environment and enhance the efficiency of the company, through change the right, scale, channel of communication, duty, relationship of the organization and concept, attitude, behavior of the employee by using behavior science and related theory. The correct way of the organization change should have a good study for the system regularity, according to the future develop trend to make the plan with steps to have a stable change in order to have a quick and good development. The purpose of this thesis is to analysis and study the problem with related theory. The traditional organization management already not match the society development,the America management specialist developed a new theory about business process reengineering. The theory is the deviation from the traditional management thinking. Through the new way the company will create new organization structure only focus on the process that can make sure the delivery to the custom in order to let the company to catch up the globe environment change. In this thesis, the author using the related theory about business process reengineering and management to analysis the organization change in N company. Through the analysis of real organization change of the N company by organization structure design, management, culture, implement, communication and key factors, the author finds out the good points and bad points especially the failures analysis. The situation like inadequate analysis for the status, unreasonable organization structure, not effective communication and the resistance form employee are the main reason doe the failure. For these problems, author combined them with the real situation in order to analyze and predict the N development. Author would like to use this thesis to get the conclusion and reflection. Through the study of the real business process reengineering organization change, the author want to give some advice to people regarding to optimize and improve the organization in order to achieve the successful. Application of the thinking can not only provide the organization change advices for N company, but also used by the companies with same problem or requirement. | |
