中文摘要：	郡县治，天下安。县域经济是国民经济的重要组成部分，是经济发展和社会稳定的重要基础。近几年来，辽宁省县域经济发展强劲，县域经济已占辽宁经济总量半壁江山，对辽宁经济的支撑作用显著增强。但辽宁县域经济仍然面临总体规模小、非农化比重小、经济密度小、企业家队伍小、品牌影响力小等问题。面对振兴辽宁老工业基地工业化和城镇化的巨大需求、资源和环境的双重约束，只有依靠科技加快推进农业生产手段、生产方式和经营理念的现代化，才能突破资源和环境的瓶颈制约。因此本研究以辽宁县域经济作为研究对象，从科技支撑的视角切入研究科技支撑对县域经济发展的影响，并根据相关研究结论从科技支撑角度提出促进辽宁县域经济发展的相关政策建议。本研究主要分成以下几个部分：第一部分，研究准备，对应论文的第一章。第一章为绪论，主要介绍论文的研究背景与意义、研究理论基础与文献回顾、研究的方法与思路。第二部分，科技支撑与县域经济发展，对应论文的第二、三、第四章，这一部分是论文的核心部分。第二章为辽宁县域经济发展的现状分析，主要基于相关统计数据梳理辽宁县域经济发展的现状，总结辽宁县域经济发展的特征，分析县域经济发展过程中存在的问题。第三章为科技与县域经济发展的实证分析，利用辽宁县域面板数据计量分析科技支撑对县域经济增长的影响，发现科技支撑相关变量对县域经济增长影响显著，并且均呈正向影响。第四章为科技对辽宁县域经济的作用及政策建议，首先基于经典的发展经济学理论探讨科技支撑影响县域经济发展的机理与途径，并根据结论从科技支撑视角提出相应的促进县域经济发展的政策建议。第三部分，结论与研究展望，对应论文的第五章，主要是对本文的研究结论进行总结，并根据论文研究的不足提出未来研究的方向。
英文摘要：	If governance of the County is good, the country is safe. The county economy is an important part of national economy and the important foundation of economic development and social stability. In recent years, the development of county economy is strong in Liaoning province, the county economy has accounted for half of the Liaoning’s total economy and supporting function of Liaoning economy significantly enhanced. But the county economy in Liaoning is still facing many questions. For examples: overall size is small, the proportion of non-agricultural economic density is small, small entrepreneurs team and brand influence. In the face of the revitalization of Liaoning old industrial base of the huge demand of industrialization and urbanization, the double constraints of resources and environment, only rely on science and technology to accelerate the agricultural means of production, production methods and the modernization of business philosophy, to breakthrough the bottleneck of resources and environment restriction. Therefore the study on Liaoning county economy is as the research object, from the visual angle of science and technology support to study the effect of science and technology support of the county economy development, and according to the related research conclusion from the angle of science and technology support puts forward relevant policy suggestions to promote the development of county economy in Liaoning. The study is divided into the following sections: The first part is a study preparation that corresponds the first in the paper. The first chapter is the introduction that focuses on the background, significance of the paper, the theoretical basis of research, literature review, research methods and ideas. The second part is a study on the county's economic development and technology support that corresponds second、third and fourth chapter, this part is the core of the thesis. The second chapter is about the Liaoning county economic development analysis, combing county economic development in Liaoning Province based on statistical data, summarizing the characteristics of the county's economic development in Liaoning and the county's economic development process of analyzing the problems. The third chapter is on empirical analysis technology and county economic development, making use of panel data of econometric analysis Liaoning county to analysis the infection of technological support for the county's economic growth, finding technology support-related variables have significantly affect on the county's economic growth, and showing a positive effect. The fourth chapter is the theoretical science that technology impacts analysis of the county's economic development, exploring the impacting mechanisms and way of technological supports the county's economic development based on the classical theory of development economics, put forward policy recommendations to promote the county's economic development from the perspective of science and technology. The third part, the conclusions and policy recommendations, the paper's corresponding fifth chapter, the main conclusions of this paper is to summarize and propose directions for future research based on inadequate research papers.
