中文摘要：	本论文主要通过调查与分析宁夏高校图书馆业务外包的实际情况，结合国内其他高校业务外包的经验，提出符合宁夏地区高校图书馆馆情的业务外包的策略与建议，以期对宁夏各高校图书馆业务外包提供理论上的依据和实践上的指引，具有一定的指导作用和现实性的研究意义。论文主要由以下五个部分组成：第一部分，论文的导论部分，主要阐述了论文研究的背景和意义、国内外图书馆业务外包的发展概况和研究现状、研究内容和研究方法、创新点。第二部分，系统地论述了图书馆业务外包的基本理论，其中包括图书馆业务外包的内涵、种类、特点、外包类型与模式、业务外包的动因及产生条件、优劣势分析、以及国内图书馆业务外包的典型案例分析。第三部分，主要通过调查问卷，对宁夏高校图书馆业务外包的现状进行调查。调研内容包括外包的基本情况、外包的种类、模式、程度、需求和态度、原因、效果、外包管理、风险评估以及对图书馆的影响和冲击。第四部分，通过对宁夏地区高校业务外包的现状分析，提出宁夏高校图书馆业务外包的策略，主要包括：决策策略、实施策略、监督与质量控制策略、绩效与评估策略。第五部分，研究的结论、研究不足、研究展望。本论文的研究方法主要采用的是问卷调查法，通过问卷的设计和发放，主要目的是了解宁夏各高校图书馆业务外包的发展现状和整体水平。本论文的创新点就是结合宁夏区域性的特点,调查宁夏地区各高校图书馆业务外包的整体现状和发展水平，提出符合宁夏地区特色的业务外包的策略。丰富和充实了区域性业务外包的理论研究。
英文摘要：	In this paper, through the investigation and analysis of the actual situation of Ningxia University Libraries Outsourcing, combined with other parts of the Universities Libraries Outsourcing experiences and lessons learned, Propose strategies and meet Ningxia University Libraries situation of Outsourcing, Expect to offer guidelines on Outsourcing Ningxia University Libraries theoretical basis and practice. This paper mainly consists of five parts: The first part, the introduction, the paper mainly describes the background and significance of the research, development status overview and research library outsourcing abroad, research content and research methods, innovation. The second part, discusses the basic theory of the system library outsourcing, including outsourcing connotation libraries, characteristics, model of outsourcing, outsourcing motivation and generate conditions, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, as well as domestic library outsourcing typical case analysis. The third part, mainly investigate the status of Ningxia university Library Outsourcing through the questionnaire. The fourth part, advance the outsourcing strategy of university library in Ningxia through analysing the present situation of outsourcing strategy, including: decision-making strategy, implementation strategies, monitoring and quality control strategies, performance and assessment strategies. The fifth part, The study conclusion, insufficient of the research , prospects of the research. Methods of this paper is mainly questionnaire. Through the development of a questionnaire to understand the status of each of Ningxia University Library Museum basic situation and outsourcing. The innovation of this paper is to combine the characteristics of Ningxia, Survey of the university library outsourcing is proposed in line with the characteristics of Ningxia outsourcing strategy. Enrich and strengthen the theoretical study of regional outsourcing.
