中文摘要:随着信息网络技术的不断发展,信息数量急剧激增,且变化速度越来越快。云时代的到来既满足了用户对信息获取的渴望,也带来了用户对信息选择的困扰,凸显了用户对信息的针对性、准确性、及时性和有效性的强烈需求。图书馆传统的信息服务模式已很难满足用户的切实需求,甚至无法与飞速发展的网络搜索技术相比较。作为信息服务保障中心,图书馆有责任也有义务满足用户对个性化信息服务模式的迫切需求,与此同时,个性化信息服务也成为图书馆生存和建设发展的必要手段。近年来,个性化服务在各行业普遍开展起来,这种“以人为本”的服务模式已经成为这个时代的热门话题。2013年深圳市艾优尼科技有限公司发布的“IUNI”手机品牌,意为I am unique的缩写,更是将用户个性品味作为该手机产品的品牌主张,彰显了这个个性化时代的热潮和特征。作为信息服务重要机构的图书馆,开展个性化服务研究同样成为这个用户个性化凸显的时代的焦点问题。军队院校图书馆作为一个特殊的、较为封闭的服务团体,在个性化服务的研究上明显滞后于地方高校图书馆,研究成果也少之又少。本文就军队院校图书馆开展个性化信息服务的现状展开研究,以军队院校用户需求分析为研究切入点,以军队院校图书馆个性化信息服务发展为研究目的,对军队院校图书馆开展个性化信息服务的现状和今后努力的方向作了一些总结和概括,并提出了符合军队院校图书馆开展个性化信息服务的服务模式。本文通过对42所军队院校图书馆开展个性化信息服务现状的统计和分析,列举其中几项发展较为成熟,且带有很强的军队院校特色的个性化信息服务模式,并全面剖析笔者所在军队院校图书馆(以下称为“某后勤军队院校图书馆”)开展个性化信息服务的现状和存在的问题,提出了一套符合军队院校图书馆开展个性化信息服务的服务模式,这些个性化信息服务模式很可能存在一定的不足之处,有待在今后的服务实践中不断改进完善。 
英文摘要:With the continuous development of information network technology, the rapid increase in the amount of information and changes faster. The arrival of the era of cloud users to not only meet the desire for access to information , it also brings the user to the information selection problems, the user highlights the relevance of information , accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of strong demand . Libraries traditional information service model has been difficult to meet the practical needs of the user , not even compared with the rapid development of Web search technology. As an information service support centers, libraries have the responsibility and obligation to meet the urgent needs of users personalized information service model , at the same time , personalized information service has become a necessary means of survival and library construction and development . In recent years, personalized service in the industry generally carried out together, this "people-oriented " service model has become a hot topic of this era. Shenzhen Ai Unix Technology Co. released "IUNI" mobile phone brand in 2013 , which means I am unique, it is the users personal taste as the mobile phones brand proposition , highlighting the features of the boom and the era of personalization . As an important institution of library information service, individualized service study also become the focus of this user personalized highlights the era of the problem. Military Institute Library as a special , relatively closed service organizations in the study of personalized services lagged behind the local university library , the research results are also rare. This article expand on the status of the Military Institute Library to carry out personalized Information Service study, in entry point for the study of Military Institute user needs analysis, to research the information services development of Military Institute Library, made some summarize and generalize on the status and future direction of Military Institute Library to carry out personalized information services , and made some service model that in line with Military Institute Library to carry out personalized information services. Through the statistics and analysis of the status quo of the 42 Military Institute Library to carry out personalized information services , listed a few of them to develop a more mature and personalized information service model with a strong feature of the Military Institute , and comprehensive analysis of current situation and problems of the Military Institute Library where the author worked in( hereinafter referred to as " a logistical Military Institute Library " ) in carry out personalized information services , made several service model compliance with the Military Institute Library to carry out personalized information service, these personalized information service model is likely there are some deficiencies in the future services to be continuously improved in practice .
