中文摘要：	社会因为分工而变得高效，没有哪个机构能够独立完成非物质文化遗产保护工作，保护非物质文化遗产需要全民族的共同参与。档案机构虽不是中国非物质文化遗产保护工作部际联席会议的一员，也不隶属于上述的任何一个机构，但是这不影响档案机构为我国的非物质文化遗产保护工作做贡献，因为对一切有“保存价值”的记录进行搜集和整理是档案机构的天职。档案机构参与非物质文化遗产保护不会影响各相关机构的利益。目前，一些机构已在非物质文化遗产的保护上形成了一些档案，这些档案是自发形成的，是无意识的，也是不全面的，档案机构有必要整合各方的档案资源，从大局出发，为所在区域整理出一套非物质文化遗产档案全宗，使传承人所掌握的隐性知识更多的被挖掘出来。 全文共五章，旨在从介绍研究背景和意义入手，通过相关理论回顾，扫清概念疑惑，尝试将“口述档案”的方法和概念引入到“非物质文化遗产保护”中去，并从引入的必要性和可行性两方面去重点论证“档案机构是否有能力为非物质文化遗产项目提供归档服务”和“非物质文化遗产是否需要通过口述档案来实现长久保存”两个论题，最后本文将着眼点落在了档案机构在完成非物质文化遗产保护档案化工作将要采取的具体行动方案之上，分别从口述档案的采集、整理以及今后能够发挥的作用等几个方面去论证；本文不仅解决了将口述档案应用到非物质文化遗产保护上的观念的问题，也探讨了如何应用、怎么应用的问题。本文的研究结论是档案机构有能力承接“非物质文化遗产”保护中的建档和档案管理等工作，档案机构能够运用口述档案这一特殊的档案方法在非物质文化遗产保护中发挥其他组织和机构无法替代的特殊作用，并利用口述档案为非物质文化遗产的传承与发展提供优质的档案信息服务。
英文摘要：	Society has become efficient because of the division of labor. No organization able to protect the non - material cultural heritage independently. To protect non - ma-terial cultural heritage needs the participation of the whole nation. Although, archives institutions is not China's non - material cultural heritage protection work of the joint inter-ministerial meeting of a member, Also isn't belong to any of the above agencies, however, this does not affect the archives institutions for our country's non - material cultural heritage protection services, Because of all the record of "save the value" for collecting and organizing is the responsibility of archives institutions. Archival insti-tutions involved in non - material cultural heritage protection will not affect the inter-ests of the related institutions. At present, there are some archives in some institutions, These archives are spontaneous, is unconscious, is not comprehensive, archives insti-tutions integrate the parties archives resources, starting from the overall situation, to sort out a set of non - material cultural heritage of the area archives fonds, inheritor ‘s tacit knowledge have heritage more. Full text altogether five chapters. The aim is to introduce the research background and research significance of by reviewing related theory. It is clear the concept confusion, trying to introduce the method and the concept of "oral archives" to "intangible cultural heritage protection", and from two aspects of the necessity and feasibility of introduction to the key argument "archival institutions ability provides archive service for intangible cultural heritage project" and the " intangible cultural heritage is need to be done by oral archives kept" two thesis, finally the article focus on the archival institutions in archival work will complete the intangible cultural her-itage protection to take concrete action plan, articles respectively from the oral arc-hives of object selection, selection of equipment, the implementation of the process, the finishing material and oral archives can play a role in many aspects to demonstrate in the future; The research conclusion of this paper is: archival institutions have the ability to undertake " intangible cultural heritage" protect the document and file management; Archival institutions can use oral archive the files in the form of a spe-cial intangible cultural heritage protection in other organizations and institutions ir-replaceable special function; Using the oral archives for the inheritance and develop-ment of intangible cultural heritage provides the high quality of archives information service.
