中文摘要: | 自1978年改革开放以后,中国经济摆脱短缺的困境,并且逐步成为世界工厂。2010年,中国制造业在全球制造业产出总量的19.8%,成为第二大工业制造国家。虽然我国制造业获得长足的发展,但是仍旧面临着诸多的问题。对我国来说,要真正成为制造业强国,还需要很长的路要走。我国制造业要进行产业的升级换代,就需要改变传统的生产方式,实现集约化和精细化生产,因此,如果实现生产方式的优化,成为我国企业面临的重大问题。 近年来企业流程再造成为企业关注的热点,但是从近年来企业流程再造的案例来看,许多企业虽然实施了流程再造,但是并没有与企业预想的结果相差甚远,对于企业来说,应该采取什么方式进行流程的再设计和创新。在企业流程再造的过程中,应该利用哪些方式保证再造的成功和提高流程再造的效率,这是本文研究的出发点。 本论文对精益化生产理论和流程再造理论进行系统回顾的过程中,发现流程再造理论中系统化改造于精益化生产理论的共通点,并用精益化思维指导流程再造具体实施,提高了流程再造理论的可操作性和实用性,对以后研究提供了有效参考。对B企业具体的生产流程、物流配送流程、组织架构、工艺布局、信息流进行改进,并在实际运用中验证了该理论的可行性,为同类企业的生产流程再造起到了一定的参考作用,从而对传统国有企业生产流程优化、提高生产效率提供了依据。 | |
英文摘要: | This thesis focuses on the study of business process reengineering framework which is used in the recycling process of enterprise B’s processes in manufacturing site. Scholars have done a lot of researches on business process reengineering theory, including some introductory articles and discussions published by some domestic scholars. But they still lack a complete theoretical system and a clear reengineering framework, which requires further development and improvement in practice. This paper presents when implementing enterprise process reengineering, it is needed to be treated as huge and complex system engineering and the framework of business process reengineering should be considered as a general guiding thought and behavior program. In accordance with this framework, enterprises should perform each step and allocate related resources reasonably combining with the enterprises’ actual situation. Enterprises cannot ignore a certain aspect or too much emphasis on a certain part of process reengineering, only by which can make the process reengineering succeed. Major structural arrangements of this paper are as follows: Introducing research background and meaning and proposing research ideas and the framework of this article.Review related literature about process, process reengineering and lean manufacturing and analyze the relationship and common process between reengineering theory and lean manufacturing. On the basis, this chapter finds the reasonable connotation of process reengineering through lean production ideas.Through a SWOT analysis for enterprise B, this chapter draws a conclusion of the possibility and necessity of using geographical advantages of Toyota to lean manufacturing process reengineering.During the investigation and analysis of original process, this chapter digs out many problems existing in Enterprise B by going deep into production practice and contacting our own knowledge and experience.On the basis of Chapter 4, this chapter analyzes a number of different processes and proposes a recycling program.Summarize the analysis of this paper and make future outlook. | |
