中文摘要：	随着我国经济的不断发展，国内对于项目管理的重视程度日益加大，在国内出现了大批的项目管理的著作，同时在实践中企业也不断推行项目管理，将企业的产品生产和管理运营进行项目化的处理。但当企业同时处理的项目越来越多，随之而来的问题日益凸显出来，如出现项目争夺有限的资源、同时执行多个项目管理水平有限等急需解决的矛盾，因此项目组合管理应运而生。项目组合管理对于实现资源共享、实现企业战略匹配等问题具有很大的优越性。但是随着项目组合管理受到越来越多的重视，同样面临一系列问题，如项目组合视角下的知识共享研究匮乏、项目组合管理流程的规范性不高以及项目组合成功评价标准模糊等问题。在这些问题中，本文要解决在项目组合的研究视角下的知识共享问题，项目组合下的知识共享在定义、维度等方面均不同于项目知识共享。本文在文献回顾的基础上，总结了项目组合管理视角下的知识共享的三层维度。同时如何通过知识共享提高项目组合成功，通过项目组合管理质量来提高项目组合成功，也成为本文首先要解决的问题。 因此，本文首先通过文献梳理，确定了知识共享、项目组合管理质量、项目组合成功的概念和维度，然后通过通过缜密的文献研究，确定三者之间的关系，进而提出概念模型和理论假设，最后通过规范实证研究对理论假设进行验证，从而得到本文的结论，并根据研究结论提出本文对项目组合管理实践意义。 本文最终得到的主要结论有：（1）知识共享与项目组合成功显著正相关；（2）知识共享与项目组合管理质量部分正相关；（3）项目组合管理质量与项目组合成功显著正相关；（4）项目组合管理质量在知识共享与项目组合成功起到部分中介作用；（5）组合规模与组合依赖起到调节的作用。
英文摘要：	With development of economy, the importance of project management has got more attention, a large number of project management thesis is constantly emerging. At the same time, enterprises continue to carry out project management in practice, enterprises also produce and management by the way of project. But when there are more and more projects, the problems are more and more obvious, such as the emergence of competing for limited resources, simultaneous execution of multiple project managements and so on, therefore the project portfolio management emerges. Project portfolio management can realize resources sharing, the strategic matching problem. But as the project portfolio management gets more and more attention, it faces a series of problems, such as project portfolio management process is not normative, the project success criteria is ambiguous, portfolio knowledge sharing degree is not high. Amoge these problems, the thesis aim at solving aspect of knowledge sharing under perspective of project portfolio. So how to improve portfolio performance through knowledge sharing, how to improve the project portfolio success through project portfolio management qualit has become the most important problem to solve. Firstly, we define the concept and dimension of knowledge sharing, project portfolio success, project portfolio management quality by reading literature, construct relation among them, then construct the research model and hypotheses. Secondly, through standard of empirical studies, this thesis puts forward the concept model, which consist of the relationship and analysis of the knowledge sharing, project portfolio management quality, project portfolio succes.Then combined with the above analysis design dimensions, makes the questionnaire and scale of this rearch. Again, wide access to research data support through the release of questionnaires to respondents objected, based on a questionnaire we analysises and statistical data using statistical software after data collection.Thirdly.we get the conclusion and practical meaning. After the documents model proposes data collection and analysis, this paper concluded the study conclusions as follows: (1) knowledge sharing and project portfolio management success are significant positive correlated. (2) knowledge sharing and project portfolio management quality are partial related. (3) project portfolio management quality is positive related to project portfolio success. (4) project portfolio management quality act as partial intermediary role.(5)portfolio size and portfolio interdependency act as moderater role.
