中文摘要：	信息资源建设是高校图书馆最传统、最基础的工作之一，关系着图书馆是否能为用户提供满意的馆藏资源。随着我国高等教育的深入发展，高校合并以及高校招生规模扩大导致了多校区高校图书馆的产生，同时信息技术的飞速发展为多校区图书馆的科学化管理提供了可能。多校区图书馆应该从整体上把控信息资源的建设，合理安排不同校区图书馆的馆藏资源，为用户提供优质的信息资源。在这一背景下，本文以多校区高校图书馆信息资源建设为研究对象进行了研究和探讨。首先，应用文献调研法回顾了国内外多校区图书馆在信息资源建设与管理方面的相关理论与政策。其次，利用问卷调查法对我国不同地区多校区高校图书馆馆长开展问卷调查，主要调查了这些图书馆的基本概况、相关制度建设、流通工作、采编工作、馆藏结构、资源整合、数字资源建设与服务以及特色馆藏建设，了解和认识了国内不同地区多校区高校图书馆在信息资源建设上的基本现状，发现了他们在信息资源建设中存在的问题，获得了馆长们对多校区高校图书馆信息资源建设的意见和建议。最后，通过应用SPSS统计分析软件对收集到的数据进行了统计和分析，在此基础上发现了多校区高校图书馆在信息资源建设中存在的问题，为对策的提出奠定了基础。通过对天津外国语大学图书馆进行个案研究，以及对天津外国语大学两个校区读者进行问卷调查，利用SPSS统计分析软件进行因子分析，发现了影响多校区高校图书馆信息资源建设的7个影响因子，为多校区高校图书馆信息资源建设对策的提出打下了基础。最后本研究提出了多校区高校图书馆信息资源建设的对策。首先提出了多校区图书馆信息资源建设应遵循的原则。其次指出了多校区高校图书馆纸质馆藏资源建设的对策：包括多渠道为多校区高校图书馆信息资源建设筹集经费；重视采访工作，设立采编合一的采编部门、规范采访工作流程、确定合适的馆藏复本量、选择多元化的采集渠道；重视编目工作；做好馆藏的回溯建库工作；优化图书馆自动化管理系统，为用户构建统一的检索平台；积极开展图书的通借通还工作；整合各校区院系资料室的资源等。最后提出了多校区高校图书馆数字资源建设的对策，包括成立高效的数字资源采购工作组、制定数据库整体订购流程；深入开展自建特色数据库的建设；整合网络免费资源等。 本文通过对多校区高校图书馆信息建设开展研究，意在为多校区高校图书馆在信息资源建设上提供科学合理的发展对策和建议，以适应日益增长的用户需求，达到图书馆、用户及相关利益者共赢发展的局面。
英文摘要：	The construction of information resources are the most traditional and basic work of university libraries, determining whether the library can provide satisfactory library resources in storage for the readers. As the higher education in our country has developed in depth, the universities have merged and admitted more students, multi-campus libraries have emerged made possible by the rapid development of information technology. Multi-campus libraries should take the information resources in control from an overall view, put various library resources in accordance to various campuses reasonably, and provide information resources of excellence to the readers. In this background, the multi-campus library information resources construction are studied and researched as a subject of study in this paper. First, in the reference revision many relevant theories and policies concerning information construction and management are reclaimed. Secondly, by means of questionnaires and surveys the heads of many multi-campus libraries are interviewed and surveyed, under investigation of the basic conditions, relevant regulation establishment, circulation, compilation, storage, the integration of resources, the construction of digital resources as well as the digital service, and the construction of particular resources, in comprehension and discovery of basic situations of information resources’ construction of multi-campus libraries across the country, in disclosure of their problems, and take the opinions and complaints of the heads of these libraries. Finally, with SPSS software used, the data are analyzed to discover the problems in the construction of multi-campus libraries and lay a foundation for problem-solving and policy-making. By the case-study of Tianjin Foreign Studies universities and surveys and questionnaires for the readers in two campuses of Tianjin Foreign Studies Universities, in the factorial analysis, seven effective factors contribute to the construction of multi-campus library resources and set a solid foundation for its construction. Finally, this study proposes multi-campus university library information resources construction measures. First, it proposes the principles that multi-campus library information resources construction should follow. Secondly, it points out the countermeasures of the multi-campus university library paper collection construction, including raising funds for the library information resources construction of multi-campus university from multiple channels, paying attention to acquisition work, such as establishing an unified department of acquisition and cataloging, standardizing acquisition process, determining the appropriate amount of library collections and selecting a wide range of collection channels, paying attention to cataloging, doing the work of retrospective bibliographic database well, optimizing library automation management systems , building a unified search platform for the user, developing coordinated loan and return, integrating resources of department reference room of different campus. Finally, it points out digital resources construction measures of multi-campus university library, including establishing efficient digital resources working group, developing the database as a whole ordering process, deeply developing self-building database construction, integrating network free resources. The paper is intended to study the information construction in multi-campus libraries, provide reasonable and scientific policies and approaches to the construction, meet the ever-increasing demands of the readers and achieve a double-win between the library, users and relevant stake-holders.
