中文摘要：	互联网技术和通信技术的发展使图书馆的服务工作从内容到形式都发生了变革。适应和利用网络带来的变革，找准重点，发挥已有的优势，更新服务思想、服务模式、服务内容，是新形势下图书馆工作中面临的重要课题。本研究基于天津大学仁爱学院所购买的校讯通系统未在图书馆服务工作中使用的背景进行研究。详细阐述了校讯通的基本功能，以及校讯通的技术所能支持的图书馆的服务项目。通过设计针对学生读者的调查问卷，并通过在全校范围内随机发放的方式发放问卷，并回收问卷统计调查数据，最后进行调查结果的数据分析，以掌握学生读者的信息需求。针对教师，使用了访谈调查的方法，通过对所选教师进行访谈，整理访谈结果，进行分析，获得教师对信息服务的需求。综合问卷调查的分析结果和访谈调查的分析结果，阐明天津大学仁爱学院的读者的信息需求。结合校讯通平台能支持的服务项目，以及调研结果，进行了校讯通在图书馆信息服务中的可行性分析。提出校讯通用于图书馆信息服务的优势是借助短信平台，手机，互联网予以连接，这三项技术在当前都是比较成熟的技术，性能稳定，读者只要有手机就能接受图书馆发送的信息，手机只要是处于开机状态，就能实时接收信息，打破了时空的界限。最后提出建议天津大学仁爱学院图书馆利用校讯通向读者提供推送新书通报信息、超期提醒服务、推送图书馆消息通知、预约书到馆通知、读者荐购、图书馆活动通知、参考咨询服务、开展针对教师的个性化定制服务。为了更好的使用校讯通这个平台，提出培训建议。建议图书馆开展针对校讯通使用的培训讲座，使读者更加了解校讯通的功能及其使用方法。作为服务人员应该熟练掌握该平台的使用方法和技巧，提出应该对图书馆工作人员的进行全面培训的建议。
英文摘要：	Development of Internet technology and communication technology to make the library service work from content to form have undergone change. Adaptation and use of the network to bring change, identify priorities, to play existing advantages , update service ideas, service models , service content, is an important issue to work under the new situation facing the library . School Paper system based on this study ,Renai College of Tianjin University purchased unused background in library service work study. Elaborated on the basic functions of the School Paper and Paper technology can support the school 's library services. Through a questionnaire designed for the student reader , and within the school by way of questionnaires were randomly distributed and collected questionnaires survey data , the results of the last survey conducted data analysis,in order to grasp the information needs of the student readers. For teachers,the use of the method of interview survey , conducted through interviews with selected teachers, organize interviews were analyzed to obtain teachers' demand for information services.Comprehensive analysis result of questionnaire survey and interviews survey analysis, illustrate Renai College of Tianjin University readers' information needs.Combined with the School Paper platform can support services, and research results,the School Paper feasibility analysis in library information service.Put forward the School Paper used in library information service has the advantage of using short message platform, mobile phones, the Internet connection,the three technologies in the current are relatively mature technology, stable performance, readers as long as have mobile phones can accept library to send information,mobile phone as long as it is in the boot state, can receive real-time information, broke the boundary of time and space.Finally, suggestions, Renai College of Tianjin University School Paper Library use book provides readers with push notification message, extended reminder service, push message notification library, museum notification to make an appointment book, readers recommended purchase, library event notifications, reference services, conduct for teachers customization services.In order to make better use of this platform School Paper proposed training recommendations.Recommended training seminars for school libraries Paper used to make the reader a better understanding of the function and use of the School Paper.As service personnel should be familiar with the use of methods and techniques of the platform should be made library staff fully trained recommendations.
