中文摘要:随着信息社会的迅猛发展,信息在人们的社会生活中扮演着不可或缺的角色,信息贫困问题也引起了学者和政府的广泛关注,成为许多领域的研究焦点。根据以往学者对信息贫困的研究,信息贫困人群多集中于地域贫瘠、经济贫困以及生存环境处于劣势的弱势群体中,如发展中国家,偏远山区、农村等不发达地区,少数民族、残疾人、留守儿童等,很少有人会把信息贫困与大学生联系起来。但有证据表明,大学生身份并不能保证信息主体天然富有。本研究结合了诸多学者对信息贫困的研究,从而归纳出界定信息贫困的因素。同时利用某军队院校图书馆的流通数据,测度学生利用图书馆资源的情况,如,通过分析学生的到馆率及对各阅览室的利用率,测度学生获取图书馆信息资源的方式及程度;利用图书借阅数据分析学生信息获取的实际情况(频率、数量、内容等),测度其在学习过程中实际利用图书馆纸质资源的程度;并辅以对该校本科生利用图书馆资源情况问卷调研及图书馆满意度问卷调研进行统计分析,调查学生对数字图书馆提供服务项目(数据库、文献传递等)的利用情况,测度其是否有效利用图书馆的数字化资源,以及测度学生在校学习中对信息获取及利用的程度。经过调研,最终发现该军队院校本科生的信息意识比较薄弱;由于军队院校的特殊性,致使学生在很多方面的信息需求得不到满足;学生在获取信息时检索能力较差,获取信息的数量较少,对信息的筛选甄别能力不强,很难实现知识的建构和创新,致使他们在校学习中信息行为存在很多缺陷,可见他们当中有很大一部分学生在校学习期间存在信息贫困现象。因而本研究最后提出了一些能够改善军队院校学生信息行为等的建议,希望逐渐改善他们在校学习中的信息贫困现象。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of the information society, information plays an integral role in people's social life, information poverty also attracted wide attention of scholars and government so that it becomes the focus of research in many fields. Based on the previous research of scholars, the information poverty are more concentrated in poor areas and groups with economic poverty and vulnerable living environment, such as the developing countries, remote mountainous areas, rural and other underdeveloped areas, ethnic minorities, the disabled and left-behind children, etc. Few people would relate collage students with information poverty. But there is evidence that college does not guarantee the identity of the body naturally rich information. This research concludes the reason of information poverty in former studies, defines the factors that influence information poverty. At the same time, the researcher measured students’ use of library resources and analyzed a library’s circulation data in a military collage, such as by analyzing students visiting rate to the museum and the utilization rate of each reading room to measure students’ access to library information resources in the manner and extent; by analyzing students’ rate of borrowing (frequency, quantity, content, etc.), measure the extent of their actual use of paper-based library resources in the learning process; and the data of questionnaires about the undergraduates’ usage and satisfaction degree are also used. We ssurveyed students’ usage of digital library services (databases, document delivery, etc.), measured the effectiveness of their use of digital library resources, and measured the students’ degree to access to and the use of information in school. After the investigation, we eventually found that the undergraduates’ information conscious is comparatively weak. The specialty of military collage leads to students’ lack of information. Weak searching ability, less acquired information, weak screening ability leads to the difficulty in the construction and innovation of knowledge, so there exist many defects in students’ information behavior in school. Thus many of them are in information poverty. At last, this information raised some suggestion to improve the undergraduates’ information behavior. Ultimately want to reduce information poverty.
