中文摘要: | 高职高专图书馆馆藏资源是高职高专类院校教学科研的重要保障来源之一,高职高专馆藏评估工作是高职高专图书馆建设的一项重要工作,也是高职高专院校建设的一个重要组成部分。随着教育部对高职高专类院校的投入加大,高职高专类院校的不断发展,对高职高专院校图书馆实体馆藏进行评估愈发重要,教育部也颁布了涉及到有关高职高专类院校图书馆的文件。随着计算机技术、网络技术和信息技术的不断发展,对MARC的研究的不断成熟和发展,使得高职高专图书馆在深度开发图书馆书目数据方面,对自身图书馆进行实体馆藏资源评估提供了技术实现。近年来馆藏评估的进展也为高职高专图书馆实体馆藏评估指标体系和评价方法的建构奠定了理论基础。在这一背景下,本文以高职高专图书馆实体馆藏评估为研究对象进行了探讨和研究。首先,应用文献调查法回顾了国内外有关于高职高专图书馆馆藏评估相关理论,发展现状以及CNMARC的近年来的发展。其次,分析了高职高专馆藏评估标准以及CNMARC数据作为评估实体馆藏的工具的必要性和可行性。第三,通过对淄博师专专业设置的调查,以及专家调查法确定重点学科建设情况,确定了CNMARC数据评估馆藏资源时需要抽取的字段。从馆藏数量,馆藏时间结构,文种结构,学科结构等几个维度对馆藏资源进行分析,通过与学校专业设置和重点学科建设进行比较分析,以确定馆藏资源是否支撑学校的教学科研发展。本文最后提出基于高职高专的实体馆藏评估方法应该以与高职高专院校发展相适应的文献保障力为标尺,评估指标要体现内在逻辑。CNMARC数据质量,高职高专的学科建设情况,传统的馆藏评价方法以及网络资源的兴起都是影响CNMARC作为评估工具的因素。针对这些因素提出了一些相应的对策和措施。本文通过对CNMARC数据作为评估高职高专图书馆馆藏的工具进行研究,找出问题所在,意在为高职高专院校图书馆馆藏资源发展服务,使其建设与本身教学科研和学科建设相适应的馆藏资源,更好的为高职高专类的学校发展服务。 | |
英文摘要: | The vocational college library collection resources is an important guarantee of the higher vocational colleges and universities teaching and scientific research source, one of the vocational college library collection evaluation is an important task for the construction of the vocational college library, is also an important part of construction in vocational college. Increase as the investment of the ministry of education of the vocational colleges, the continuous development of the vocational colleges, evaluate the entity library in the vocational college and more important, the ministry of education also issued involved documents of evaluation index about the vocational college libraries. With computer technology, network technology and the continuous development of information technology, and the emergence of cloud computing technology, various industries and system began to pay much attention to the database in the system of industry. CNMARC technology is increasingly perfect and the development of data mining provide the technical for the vocational college library in the library collection evaluation. In this background, the entity for higher vocational college library collection evaluation are discussed in this paper as the research object. First of all, reviews the literature survey method applied at home and abroad about higher vocational college library collection evaluation related theory, development status and recent development of CNMARC. Secondly, analyzed the higher vocational college library collection evaluation criteria and CNMARC data for evaluating entity the necessity and feasibility of collection of tools. Thirdly, through the survey of Zibo Normal college professional setting, as well as the expert investigation method to determine the key subject construction, collection resources through analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to determine the CNMARC data of evaluation need to extract fields from a number of library, library collection structure of time, the structure of the language, the discipline structure of collection resources for several dimensions such as analysis, with the school than professional Settings and key subject construction. Finally, the paper puts forward entity library collection evaluation method based on higher vocational college should be adapted to the development of vocational college of literature qualification for scale, the intrinsic logic, CNMARC data quality evaluation index to reflect, and the discipline construction of vocational colleges, the traditional library collection evaluation method and the rise of the network resources are factors that affect CNMARC as assessment tools. Some corresponding countermeasures and measures are put forward according to these factors. This article researches the tools of the CNMARC data as the evaluation of higher vocational college library, finding out the problem, servicing for development of vocational college library collection resources. This method makes its construction and adapted itself for teaching and scientific research and subject construction of collection resources, rendering a better service to the development of the higher vocational college. | |
