中文摘要:本研究目的是在知识信息(Knowledged-Based Information,KBI)基础上来细化和完善医院嵌入式学科服务模式,会对学科服务实践产生实际的促进作用。通过对知识信息和知识管理的基础理论探讨、国内外医院图书馆嵌入式学科开展情况的对比、基于KBI的医院图书馆学科服务模式构建以及案例分析研究来探索如何在节省人力资源条件下高效地完成学科资源搜集、加工、整合、建设、挖掘、分析、转化,且能为医学科研人群和机构提供“优质”学科服务模式,从而有利于不论是医院和医护个人的发展与进步。本研究从整体上采用了理论研究与实证研究相结合的研究方法。案例分析法,以国内学科服务领域开展具有典型实践经验的医院图书馆为例进行实证研究。案例实证研究多个案研究法,以国内学科服务领域开展具有典型实践经验的医院图书馆为例进行实证性研究,从个别到一般,归纳事物本质属性和发展规律。选用北京大学肿瘤医院和天津医科大学附属肿瘤医院图书馆为调查对象,开展广泛深入的嵌入式学科服务研究,分析现有学科服务模式状况和存在的问题,能从实践角度更具说服力地提出医院现有嵌入式学科服务存在的问题与弊端,为本论文提出的观点提供前提依据。通过本论文提出的基于知识信息的学科服务模式来完善专科医院图书馆的服务功能,应用到实践中,来验证本论文提出的解决方案和策略。本研究创新点之处在于,以往嵌入式学科服务模式强调“服务”概念,注重馆员与用户的互动。本文则强调学科馆员自身在整个服务模式中的主体地位和重要性。因为医院图书馆与高校图书馆读者群体特征差异性较大。本文构建了强调知识信息的个性化信息服务模式的对策,为国内医院图书馆在学科服务领域提供了借鉴。具有实践意义和可行性。加入知识流概念到嵌入式学科服务模式中,响应国家加快信息化建设的战略目标。为未来医院图书馆学科服务发展提供坚实后盾和有力保障。基于KBI的医院嵌入式学科服务模式的研究在我国方兴未艾,本论文研究为医院建设基于知识信息的嵌入式学科服务模式提供了一个新视角和研究方向。在构建全新服务模式的理论与案例分析的实践基础上,强调知识信息是学科服务的核心、升华和目标。并从确定学科服务目标、学科服务方法和归纳学科服务评估指标的三个角度完善嵌入式学科服务的实现策略。 
英文摘要:The purpose of this study is to refine and improve the KBI ground up for embedded disciplines hospital service model , will generate the actual practice of discipline service role in promoting .
