中文摘要:20世纪80年代以来,伴随着世界范围内的经济变革,跨国公司国际化经营的环境发生了深刻变革,从而也对跨国公司的经营战略产生了深刻影响。许多跨国公司为了选择或者开辟能够发挥其独特竞争优势的领域,从而保证在竞争日益激烈的国际市场中求得生存和发展,进行了全面的战略转型,并不断调整其经营活动。 战略转型有助于企业克服战略固化的束缚、在保持原有竞争优势的同时获得新的竞争优势,从而促进企业的进一步发展。由于跨国公司所处环境的复杂性、不稳定性和不确定性以及转型决策者、执行者掌握信息的不完全和判断失准,跨国公司的战略转型面临着多种风险和威胁。如果不能很好的处理这些风险和威胁,战略转型可能会加剧企业的经营困境。所以,对跨国公司国际化经营战略转型引致的风险进行分析、识别并采取防范措施显得十分必要。 本论文采用的研究方法主要有定性研究、定量研究和案例研究,其主要内容有四部分:第一,系统地梳理了跨国公司和国际化经营理论、战略管理理论、风险管理理论作为本论文的理论基础;第二,从跨国公司国际化经营的环境特点的分析入手,结合战略转型的特点,分析出潜在风险的同时对战略转型中的风险识别进行了研究,最终构建了跨国公司国际化经营战略转型风险识别模型;第三,引入基于容忍度的风险分类框架对战略转型风险进行分类,对德尔菲法的统计调查数据进行描述性统计分析,最后提出防范措施;第四,利用前文的理论成果进行了跨国公司国际化经营战略转型的风险识别和防范的案例研究。 本论文的主要创新之处体现在:在分析了相关学者的研究成果后,提出了跨国公司国际化经营战略转型风险分析框架,构建了风险识别模型,具有一定的创新性;引入风险分类的新方法——决策树,并对德尔菲法收集的数据进行描述性统计分析,同时根据风险分类提出防范措施;在跨案例研究的基础上,结合中国企业自身及其国际化经营环境的特点,为中国企业国际化经营战略转型风险管理提出了相关策略建议,具有现实的指导意义。 
英文摘要:Since the 1980s, the economic experienced a great transformation in worldwide scale, which caused profound influence to the Multinational Corporation’s business strategy. In order to choose or open the management domain that can display its unique competitive advantage, thus guaranteed them obtain the survival and development in the intense competition, many Multinational Corporations carried on comprehensive strategic transition and continual adjustment to its operative activity. The strategy transition implementation is helpful for the enterprises to overcome the fetter of strategy solidifies, enables them to retain new competitive advantages along with obtaining extension competitive advantage, promotes enterprise's further growth. Because of the complexity, the instability and the uncertainty of the environment, as well as the incomplete information and fault judgment of strategic policy-maker and the performer, Multinational Corporation’s strategic transition faces many kinds of risks and threats. If processing is not good, the strategy transition possibly will intensify enterprise's management difficulty. Therefore, it is very essential to carry on thorough analysis and identification to the risk brings by business strategy transition in the internationalization process of Multinational Corporation. The main research methods of the paper include qualitative research, quantitative research and case research, and it contains four main parts. The first, systematically combed the Multinational Corporation and the internationalization management theory, the strategy management theory, the risk management theory which are the theory base of the thesis. The second, based on the character of international environment and strategy transition, the paper proposed a risk recognition mode together with analyzing the latent risk of the environment. The third, introduced the tolerance classification and sorted the latent risk, carry on descriptive statically analyze to the data which collected by the delta research, and then proposed some risk prevention strategies. The fourth, the paper carried on case study of risk recognition and prevention for Multinational Corporations which is based on the theory research. The main innovations of this thesis are as follows, based on the theory of present research, the paper proposed an analyze framework for Multinational Corporations in their strategy transition in the process of internationalization operating, and it also proposed a model of risk recognition. And the thesis also adopted a new method of risk recognition, which called risk decision tree, and the paper also proposed some risk prevention strategies based on the descriptive statistical analyze whose data is collected by the research of delta. Based on case research, combing the character of Chinese companies and the environment of them, the paper put forward some suggestions for risk management in their strategy transition, which makes this thesis more practical.
