中文摘要:商业模式创新日渐成为创业企业重要的竞争优势来源之一。基于创业研究的前沿问题,本论文聚焦于商业模式内容创新并对其进行了理论解构,进而以社会网络理论和组织学习理论为基础,考察了创业网络结构和行为影响创业企业商业模式内容创新的作用机理,论证了不同学习方式在创业网络与商业模式内容创新之间的中介效应。依托228份有效问卷,采用层级回归分析等方法对相关假设进行了实证检验。本研究的主要发现和结论主要包括以下几点: 第一,商业模式内容创新包含提供新价值和引入新活动两维度,二者对创业企业的成长均具有重要推动作用。根据案例访谈和理论分析,本文将商业模式内容创新定义为:核心企业与商业网络伙伴为开发商业机会,在核心价值要素或核心活动方面相对于同行企业做出的创新。商业模式内容创新在理论上应包含两个维度:一是企业层面的提供新价值;二是网络层面的引入新活动。 第二,创业网络结构和行为均影响商业模式内容创新的两个维度,且存在交互效应。从网络结构来看,拥有高密度、多样化网络特征的创业企业更容易实现商业模式内容创新。从网络行为来看,积极采取联合制定规划、联合解决问题以及合作性沟通行为的创业企业更有可能实现商业模式内容创新。另外,网络多样性和联合解决问题、网络规模和联合制定规划存在显著的交互作用,它们分别影响商业模式内容创新提供新价值和引入新活动维度。 第三,创业网络通过企业开展获得性学习和试验性学习两条路径作用于商业模式内容创新。在创业网络影响商业模式内容创新的关系中,组织学习发挥了重要中介作用。本文发现,在创业企业的网络结构以及网络行为特征影响商业模式内容创新的过程中,存在获得性学习和试验性学习两种不同的学习机制。第一种学习机制的核心逻辑是基于获得性学习的知识获取,第二种学习机制的核心逻辑是基于试验性学习的知识创造。 第四,试验性学习比获得性学习在商业模式内容创新过程中所发挥的中介作用更大。进一步比较发现,试验性学习对于商业模式内容创新影响的中介作用更为关键。具体而言,对于商业模式内容创新提供新价值维度来说,试验性学习相对获得性学习而言发挥了更为重要的中介作用。对于商业模式内容创新引入新活动维度来说,试验性学习在创业网络结构、行为和商业模式内容创新引入新活动维度之间发挥了中介作用,而获得性学习没有发挥中介作用。 本文的理论价值和创新点主要体现在以下三方面:第一,基于结构和行为视角揭示了创业网络对商业模式内容创新的影响。本研究发现在商业模式内容创新情境下,网络结构和网络行为之间存在着互补关系,针对网络视角下的创业研究拘泥于“结构—行为—绩效”逻辑而言,增添了网络结构与行为之间互动关系及其启示的理论解释。这在一定程度上一方面弥补了已有研究过分强调网络结构忽视了网络行为因素的不足,对于已有文献是重要补充。第二,识别并验证了在创业网络与商业模式内容创新之间的两条中介路径。本论文通过整合网络理论和学习理论并将其引入商业模式内容创新过程研究,揭示了创业企业网络不同维度借助不同学习机制作用于商业模式内容创新的路径与逻辑,验证了获得性学习与试验性学习在创业网络结构、行为与商业模式内容创新之间的中介效应,并进一步发现试验性学习是相对更重要的路径,丰富了有关网络、学习和创新之间的关系研究。第三,验证了商业模式内容创新的区分维度并揭示了其不同实现机理,弥补了有关商业模式创新的研究主要关注了植根于企业如何创造价值问题的商业模式结构和治理方面的创新,却忽视了植根于企业应创造什么价值问题的商业模式内容创新研究的缺陷。 本论文主要包括六章内容。第一章是绪论部分,主要介绍了本论文的研究背景和研究问题,研究意义和研究方法,以及研究过程和结构安排。第二章是文献回顾,梳理了与商业模式相关的理论研究,评述了现有研究的不足和可能的研究方向,阐述了本研究的理论基础。第三章是模型构建与假设提出,主要聚焦于商业模式内容创新,从创业网络视角出发构建了创业网络、组织学习和商业模式内容创新之间的概念模型,并提出了一系列变量之间的研究假设。第四章是研究设计与方法,主要介绍了问卷设计、变量测度方式、预调研、数据收集、数据整理及分析思路等内容。第五章是实证分析与讨论,主要通过实证数据对研究假设进行了检验,并进一步讨论了实证结果。第六章是结论与展望,主要归纳了本研究的主要结论,提出并分析了本文的创新点,并指出了不足和未来研究方向。 
英文摘要:Business model innovation is becoming one of the most important source of competitive advantage. Based on cutting-edge issues of entrepreneurship research, this thesis used social network theory and organizational learning theory, investigated the mechanism of entrepreneurial network structure and behavior affect the business model content innovation of entrepreneurial enterprise, demonstration of different learning styles mediating effect between entrepreneurial network and business model content innovation. Relying on 228 valid questionnaires, using hierarchical regression analysis tested the relevant assumptions empirical. The main findings and conclusions of this study include the following: First, business model content innovation include providing two dimensions of new value and introducing new activities, both plays an important role in the growth of start-ups. According to the theory analysis and case interviews, this paper defined business model content innovation: for the development of business opportunities, the core enterprise and business network partners make changes in the core value of elements or core activities relative to peer enterprises. Business model content innovation in theory should include two dimensions: one is the individual level to provide new value; two is the network level to introduce new activities. Second, entrepreneurial network structure and behavior influence the two dimensions of the business model content innovation, and exsit the interaction effect. In terms of the network structure, the startups has the characteristics of high density, diversified network are easier to implement business model content innovation. And in the aspect of network behavior analysis, when the venture enterprises to actively adopt joint planning, joint problem solving and collaborative communication behavior, they are more likely to achieve business model content innovation. Respectively, network diversity and joint problem solving,network scale and joint planning there exist significant interaction, mutual influence the business model content innovation. Third, business network through acquired learning and experimental learning two paths on the business model content innovation. In the relationship of entrepreneurial network affects the business model content innovation, organizational learning plays an important mediator role. This paper found that there are two different learning mechanisms of acquired and the experimental learning, in the process of the start-up embedded network structure and network behavior characteristics affect business model content innovation. The first core logic of learning mechanism is knowledge acquisition which based on the acquired learning. The second core logic of learning mechanism is knowledge creation which based on the experimental study. Fourth, experimental learning played more important medirator role than acquired learning in the process of business model content innovation. Further comparison, the experimental learning played even more crucial medirator role. In particular, for the business model content innovation to provide new value dimension, experimental learning has played a more important role than acquired learning in the mediation effects. For business model content innovation of introducing new activities dimensions, experimental learning play an intermediary role between entrepreneurship network structure, behavior and the business model content innovation of introducing new activities dimension, and acquired learning did not play a role of medirator. In this paper, the theory value and innovation points mainly embodied in the following three aspects. First, based on the structure and behavior perspective reveals the entrepreneurial network's influence on the business model content innovation. This study found that there is a complementary relationship between network structure and network behavior in the situation of business model content innovation. Compared to the network perspective of entrepreneurship in "structure - behavior - performance" in terms of logic, added the interactive relationship between network structure and behavior and its enlightenment to the theory of interpretation. On the one hand, too much emphasis on the network structure to ignore the factors of network behavior is insufficient, this is important supplement to the existing literature. Second, identify and verify the entrepreneurial network and business model innovation in the two intermediary path. In this paper through the integration of network theory and learning theory and into the business model innovation process research content, reveals that the business enterprise network different dimensions produced by using different machine learning for business model innovation path and logic, to verify the acquired learning and experimental learning on entrepreneurship network structure, behavior and intermediary effect between the content of business model innovation, and further find the path of the experimental learning is relatively more important, enrich the studies of the relationship among the network, learning and innovation. Third, to verify the effectiveness of the content of the business model innovation distinguish between dimensions and reveals its different implementation mechanism, makes up for the studies of business model innovation focuses on the problem is rooted in the enterprise to create value of business model structure and the governance of innovation, but ignore the problem of what value should create in the business model content innovation research. This paper mainly includes six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly introduced the research background of this paper and the research question, research significance and research method. The second chapter is literature review, combed the theory research related to business model, the shortage of the existing research were reviewed and the possible research direction,. The third chapter is the model building, mainly focused on conceptual model of the business network, organizational learning and business model content innovation, and put forward a series of research hypothesis. The fourth chapter is the research design and methods, mainly introduced the questionnaire design, variable measure method, preliminary research, data collection, data collection, etc. The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis and discussion, mainly through empirical data on the hypothesis test, and further discusses the empirical results. The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect, and mainly summarizes the main conclusions of this study, put forward and analyzed the innovation points, and points out the deficiency and future research direction.
