中文摘要:在21世纪,世界经济全球一体化的大格局逐步锁定,由贸易自由化、投资自由化和金融自由化推动的国际化发展几乎要将全世界企业都卷入它的潮流。国际化发展不仅能够带给企业更广阔的市场空间,而且还可以为企业寻找到更为质优价廉的生产与服务资源。 作为国际化发展的典型代表,汽车产业一直备受瞩目。众所周知,汽车产业具有“高技术含量、高附加值、高投入、高产出、规模化、产业链条长、拉动效应大”等显著特点。汽车技术涉及冶金、橡胶、机械加工、石油化工和电子信息等多个领域,代表了一个国家工业发展的综合水平,对国民经济发展、扩大就业、拉动关联产业发展,具有不可替代的作用。从各大世界强国发展的历程来看,都把汽车作为支柱产业来发展,并在经历了福特创造“大量生产方式”和丰田创造“精益生产方式”两次产业革命后,进入了风起云涌的“全球化”时代。在这样的背景下,丰田汽车公司自上世纪九十年代开始大力实施国际化战略,并迅速席卷了亚洲、欧美、非洲等国家,在中国市场也已经默默耕耘了30个年头。快速增长的中国汽车市场,成为了国内外汽车公司的兵家必争之地,呈现出国内竞争国际化的、白热化的严峻形势。对于丰田汽车公司而言,中国汽车市场政治形势复杂、政策法规收紧、市场竞争严峻、理性消费回归,无疑是最复杂的、最有风险、既想得到又害怕亲近的市场。面对这种局势,丰田汽车公司应当如何调整商业战略,主动适应当前的经营环境和未来的发展趋势呢? 本文将从企业国际化发展战略理论研究入手,以丰田汽车公司国际化发展战略和丰田汽车公司中国战略为研究对象,运用SWOT分析法对自身内部优劣势因素和外部机会与威胁因素进行透彻分析,并对我国汽车工业国际化发展制约要素和提高我国汽车产业国际竞争力的策略进行了研究,通过对问题的研究和剖析阐述了丰田汽车公司国际化和中国战略对我国企业开展国际化经营的启示。此文研究成果还将对我国汽车企业的国际化工作有一定指导和借鉴意义。 
英文摘要:In the 21st century, the great pattern of world economic globalization gradually locking, the liberalization of trade and investment liberalization and financial liberalization to promote the development of the internationalization of enterprises all over the world to almost involve in its trend. International development can not only bring enterprises a broader market space, but also for the enterprise to find more resources of production and service of high quality and low price. As a typical representative of internationalization development, auto industry has been high-profile. As is known to all, the industry has "high technology content, high value-added, high investment, high output, large scale, long industry chain, the pull effect" and other significant characteristics. Automotive technology involving metallurgy, rubber, mechanical processing, petrochemical industry and electronic information, and other fields, represents a comprehensive level of the national industrial development, to the national economy development, expanding employment, pull the correlation industry development and has an irreplaceable role. From the perspective of the development of the world powers have the car development as a pillar industry, and after a ford create "mass production" and Toyota to create "lean production mode" twice after the industrial revolution, into the age of "globalization" has come. In this context, Toyota motor corp., since the 1990 s began to vigorously implement the strategy of internationalization, and quickly swept through Asia, Europe, America, Africa and other countries, in the Chinese market has silent and cultivated for 30 years. The rapid growth of China's auto market, becoming vantage of resources at home and abroad, presents the domestic competition internationalization, the serious situation of heating up. For Toyota motor corp., China's auto market complicated political situation, policy tightening, severe market competition, return to rational consumption, is undoubtedly the most complex, most risk, both want and afraid of close to the market. In the face of such situation, Toyota motor corp., should be how to adjust business strategy, take the initiative to adapt to the current business environment and the development trend of the future? This article, from the perspective of the development strategy of enterprise internationalization theory research, with Toyota motor corp., the internationalization development strategy and Toyota motor corp., China strategy as the research object, using the method of SWOT to its own internal factors and external opportunities and threats the advantages and disadvantages in has carried on the thorough analysis, and the factors of restricting the development of the automobile industry internationalization in our country and improve the international competitiveness of auto industry in our country strategy are studied, based on the research of the problem and analyze the internationalization and describes the Toyota motor company China strategy enlightenment to our country enterprise to carry out international operation. This research will also work for the internationalization of China's car companies have certain guidance and reference significance.
