中文摘要：	激烈的市场竞争环境迫使企业必须改革原有的管理模式，去适应动态变化的企业内外部环境。作为一种新型的组织管理模式，企业项目化管理(EPM)在联系公司整体战略与项目、企业多项目管理上显示出强大作用。而放眼全球，企业项目化管理（EPM）的理论研究与实践运用则刚刚起步。目前对EPM应用的研究至今仍十分欠缺。任何一种管理模式，如果脱离企业实际情况，不注重实践应用，不注重为企业创造价值，难免会失之偏颇。管理的价值在于应用，将国际项目化管理理论与企业实践相结合，加强项目化管理理论创新，努力形成具有中国特色的企业项目化管理经验和理论十分必要。 本文选题来源于作者所在企业进行项目化管理改革工作中所遇到的实际问题，也是作者在MBA就读期间主要得研究内容，属于应用研究与理论分析相结合。 本文在介绍了企业项目化管理的理论之后，主要对案例公司进行项目化管理改革过程中所遇到的问题进行分析。利用“企业项目化管理能力成熟度模型”，讨论总结案例公司在培育和提升项目化管理能力过程中，在企业项目化战略管理、项目化活动管理、项目化人力资源管理三个模块的工作任务和内容。 在电子气制造企业实行企业项目化管理改革的理论研究很少，本论文的选题具有一定的创新性。希望通过本文的内容将有助于企业管理人员结合各自企业的实际情况，更好地理解和运用项目化管理。
英文摘要：	In recent days, the increasingly fierce market competition compels the enterprises to change the original management mode to adapt to the inner environment of the enterprises with dynamic change. As a new type of management mode, EPM (Enterprise Projectification Management) has influenced in connecting the comprehensive strategy, project and management of multi-projects. However, the research of theory and application of EPM remain at elementary stage, and there are still deficiencies in the research of the application of it. It is well-known that deviation of the practical situation of the enterprises and lack of the application and profits, will lead to a wrong orientation. Besides, the value of management lies in combination of the international theory of EPM and the application in enterprises, therefore, it is of necessity to manifest the renovation of the theories in EPM and accomplish the theories and experience in EPM with Chinese features. The paper originates from the practical problems during the process of the reform about EPM in the corporation which the writer was employed by. Apart from the problems, it also includes the research when the writer studies as an MBA. In other words, it belongs to combination of application research and theory analysis. The paper mainly focuses on the analysis of the reform process about EPM of example enterprises, apart from the introduction of EPM. And it utilizes EPM evaluation criterion Model, to discuss and conclude the tasks and content in the process of cultivating and strengthen abilities of EPM, concerning enterprises projectification strategy management, projectification activity management, projectification human resource management. Since the lack of the theory research of EPM about electron gas corporation, the title of the paper embodies novelty .Eventually, the writer intends to make the paper conducive for managers to better understanding and application of EPM, according to the practical situation of their own enterprises.
