| 中文摘要: | 放眼世界,当今的市场竞争已不再是基于产品与服务的层面了,越来越多的企业开始了商业模式的较量。可是在商业模式创新活动中能够取得最终成功的企业却是寥寥无几。笔者认为个中原因有两方面,首先是对商业模式的理解存在差异,导致目标错位;其次是因为在进行商业模式创新活动时没有能够进行与之匹配的战略能力的构建,甚至对于战略、商业模式以及战略略能力三者之间的相互关系没有深入理解,以至于商业模式创新的价值没能得以实现。 本文首先进行了商业模式与战略能力理论的回顾和研究。在总结和分析了商业模式及战略能力的相关研究的基础之上提出了自己的理解和定义,并尝试着给出了二者的分析结构模型,以期进行理论创新;其次,在理论分析和深入探讨商业模式创新与战略能力关系之后,提出了本文的研究重点,即如何构建与商业模式创新活动相匹配的战略能力,然后构建了二者之间的关系模型。即应充分把握动态的环境,在商业模式创新和战略能力之间建立良好的的匹配机制,然后从企业微观因素、市场能力因素和网络因素三个方面出发来构建与商业模式相匹配的战略能力;最后,进行了案例分析来验证本文提出的关系模型。对万达的商业模式创新活动深入剖析,并进一步研究了万达是如何构建与其创新活动相匹配的战略能力的。案例商业模式创新活动的成功验证了本文所构建的关系模型的可操作性与有效性,进而得出了本文的结论与管理启示:企业战略的落地实施和竞争优势获取的基础是商业模式而不是市场和产品;商业模式创新实践的成功取决于企业战略能力的构建和支持;合理的战略能力与商业模式创新匹配机制才能产生良好效果;战略能力对商业模式创新产生影响,起到保障支撑的作用,反过来商业模式创新有对战略能力的构建具有导向作用。 目前并没有从战略能力的角度深入研究商业模式在设计后的落地实施问题,因此企业在商业模式创新活动中缺乏相应的理论指导。本文就此出发,探讨了战略能力在商业模式创新执行阶段的重要性和必要性,并构建了二者的关系模型,且在最后给出了普遍性结论,以期能对企业商业模式创新活动提供有价值的的理论指导,进而更有效地促进企业开展商业模式创新实践。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Look around the world, today's market competition is no longer based on the level of products and services, more and more companies started the business model competition. But the number of enterprises whose business model innovation activities can achieve the ultimate success is very few. I think there are two reasons. First, the understanding of the business model is different, leading to target dislocation; secondly because during business model innovation activities, enterprises have not built matching strategic capabilities. Even for the relations among strategy, business model, and the strategic ability, there is no deep understanding. Therefore it is hard to realize the value of business model innovation. Firstly this article reviewed and researched in the theory of business model and strategic ability. after summarizing and analyzing the basic research of business model and strategic capabilities I put forward my own understanding and definition, and try to give their structure analyzing model, looking forward to theoretical innovation; Secondly, after deep theoretical analyzing and relations discussion between business model innovation and strategic ability, we put forward the key point of this paper. That is how to construct the strategy ability matching with the business model innovation. Then we build the relation model between them, who tells us companies should fully grasp the dynamic environment, and establish a good matching mechanism between strategic capabilities and the business model innovation. And then from the enterprise microscopic factors, market factors and the network factors, we built the matching strategic capabilities. Finally, the case analysis verified the relation model proposed in this paper. We deeply analyzed the Wanda business model innovation, and further studied t how Wanda built its matching strategy ability of innovation activities. the success case of Wanda business model innovation verified the feasibility and effectiveness of our relationship model, then draw the conclusion of this paper: Business model rather than the market and products is the foundation of enterprise strategy implementation and competitive advantage; The success of business model innovation depends on the building and support of enterprise strategic ability; Reasonable strategy and business model innovation matching mechanism can produce good results; Strategy ability have an impact on business model innovation in a supporting and ensuring way, business model innovation in turn have an orientation effect on the construction of strategic ability. Currently, there is little research on business model implementation from a strategic ability point of view, so there lacks appropriate theory to guide enterprises in the business model innovation activities. From this, this paper discusses the importance and necessity of strategic capabilities during the implementation of business model innovation, and builds a relationship model between the two. In the end we give the general conclusion, looking forward to the theoretical guidance of enterprise business model innovation activities, and thus promoting enterprises to conduct business model innovation practices. | |
