中文摘要: | 电信产业作为国民经济中的公用性基础经济部门,是国民经济发展的重要支柱性产业,支撑着整个社会经济活动的正常有效运转。近年来,随着科技的进步与时代的发展,各种技术创新不断涌现,并不断渗透到管理机制与组织结构变革的全程,不断重塑着企业竞争能力。在网络技术高度发展与普及的今天,数字化技术在企业间合作与竞争中发挥着越来越重要的作用。因此,如何正确理解数字化技术在电信企业中的应用模式,并以此为基础展开数字化管理,对于电信企业应对市场竞争,提升竞争能力,有着至关重要的作用。这也是本文研究的意义所在。 本文的研究为中国电信企业的数字化战略过程提供一种基于价值网络的分析思路,并力图得出中国电信企业基于价值网络的数字化战略模型,从而以此为基础,就中国电信企业的现状与问题提供可行性意见与建议。在综合理论学者和产业学家对于电信产业价值链和价值网络理论以及全球价值链资源配置理论研究的基础上,得出电信企业基于价值网络的运营模式,即技术创新与市场结构以及价值创造之间的逻辑关系。在这个运营模式之下,文章着重分析了产品数字化、服务数字化与流程数字化的表现过程,就数字化技术在电信产业中有关产品的生命周期管理、价值网络中各成员企业间的知识转移、整个价值链内的流程改造与整合等方面的作用进行了界定与展示。并以中国联通、移动公司如何通过数字化应用与管理在3G推广过程中取得优异业绩为案例,得出了中国电信企业基于价值网络的数字化战略转型模型,为中国电信企业的数字化应用提供了分析思路与管理建议。 | |
英文摘要: | As a public basic sector of the economy, the telecommunications industry is an important pillar industry for national economic development that supports the economic activities of the whole society. In recent years, with the development and progress of the science and technology, all kinds of technical innovations continue to emerge and infiltrate into the whole management system and organization structure reform, constantly reshaping the enterprise competition ability. How to correctly understand the application mode of digital technology in the telecommunication enterprises plays a very important role in coping with the market competition and the improvement of the competitive ability. This paper tries to draw business digital strategy model based on value network for Chinese telecommunication enterprises, and on this basis, offer advice and suggestions on the feasibility status and problems. Based on the research and comprehensive theory of the value chain of the telecom industry by scholars and industry experts, we get the operating mode of the telecommunication enterprise, namely the logical relation between technology innovation and market structure and value creation. This paper focuses on the analysis of the digital performance on product, service and process, which means the digital use and defines on life cycle management, knowledge transfer between members in the value network, and the process of transformation and integration of functions. From the case of Chinese Unicom and China Mobile that achieved excellent performance by digital application and management, we finally draw digital strategy model based on value network for Chinese telecommunication enterprises. | |
