中文摘要:智能手机的发展和普及,为OEM企业提供了历史性的机遇与挑战。机遇在于市场具有广阔的增长空间,为OEM企业做大做强提供了肥沃的土壤和强大的动力;挑战在于市场竞争不断加剧,利润水平不断降低,对主要客户依赖不断增强,OEM 企业生存空间不断压缩。OEM企业要想在手机智能化大潮中生存和发展下去,必须对这一市场环境具有清醒的认识,对自身的优势和劣势有清醒的认识。因而,制定清晰的发展战略就显得尤为迫切和必要。 本论文以J手机机构件企业作为研究对象,运用文献研究法、个案研究法、综合归纳法等研究方法,借助PEST分析、波特五力模型、SWOT分析等多种战略分析工具,系统分析和研究了J手机机构件企业的OEM发展战略。具体地说,主要包括三个层面:第一个层面,从J企业战略环境分析入手,总结了J手机机构件企业的内部优势和外部机会,以及内部劣势和外部威胁,据此提出了战略改进的总体思路;第二个层面,立足于现在,提出了J手机机构件企业为赢得市场竞争、拓展生存空间、获得规模发展的具体发展战略,包括竞争战略、营销战略和并购战略;第三个层面,立足于未来,着力于持续发展,提出了J手机机构件企业战略转型和延伸的可能路径和实现措施。 战略不仅要与企业的发展现状相契合,还应为企业的未来未雨绸缪。本论文正是以此为指引,不仅为J手机机构件企业的现在设计了清晰的发展战略(本论文第四章的主要内容),还为其未来战略转型和延伸提出了的可行的路径和措施(本论文第五章的主要内容),期望能为J企业的战略管理实践提供有益的思路提示和具有参考价值的决策建议。 
英文摘要:The development and popularization of the intelligent mobile phone, provides the historical opportunities and challenges for OEM enterprises. The opportunity lies in that the market has broad space for growth, provided a fertile soil and a strong power for OEM enterprises growing bigger and stronger; the challenge lies in the intensification of the market competition, the profit level decreases, rely on the main customers increasing, and enterprise survival space narrowing. OEM enterprises want to survive in the mobile phone intelligent tide and develop, must have a clear understanding of the market environment, also have a clear understand to its advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, making a clear development strategy is particularly urgent and necessary. The study object of this thesis is J enterprise which produces mobile phone mechanical components. The thesis is using research methods such as the literature study, case study method, synthesis method, and using variety of strategic analysis tools such as PEST analysis, Potter five forces model, SWOT analysis, in order to systematically analyse and study the OEM development strategy of the J enterprises. Specifically, the thesis mainly includes three aspects: the first aspect, from the analysis of the strategic environment of the J enterprises, the internal strengths and external opportunitiesfor J enterprises has been summarized, as well as the internal weaknesses and the external threats. And based on this, the general idea for strategy improvement has put forward; secondly, based on the present, propose specific development strategy for J enterprises to win the market competition, and expand the living space and for the scale development, including competition strategy, marketing strategy and mergers and acquisitions strategy; the third level, based on the future, focus on sustainable development, put forward the strategic transformation and the possible path extension and implementation measures for J enterprises. Strategy is not only to fit in with the current situation of the development of enterprises, but also for the future of the enterprises’ save. This thesis is guided by this, not only designed of the clear development strategy for J mobile phone components enterprise now (the main content of this thesis is the fourth chapter), but also for its future strategic transformation and extension forward path and feasible measures (the main contents of this thesis in Chapter fifth), expect to provide useful thinking tips and valuable suggestions for J enterprise's strategic management practice.
