| 中文摘要: | 随着经济的日益全球化和技术的飞速进步,中国企业的集团化发展日趋显著,由最初的通过国家行政命令组建,到现在的通过兼并收购等产权转移方式扩张,大型企业集团的形成发展已经成为一种普遍的资源配置模式,同时它也打破了原来国有、民营以及三资企业之间的清晰界限。企业集团在由小到大的发展过程中,其管理模式也会受自身规模以及环境等因素的影响而不断的做出调整,管理模式中母子公司之间的管理控制尤其是问题的核心所在。在企业应用信息技术日益广泛深入的背景下,企业集团管理模式因而受到的影响以及做出的调整比以往更加显著。因此,研究信息技术对集团管理模式变革的作用机制,如何利用信息技术促进企业集团实现内部的合理控制,贯彻企业发展战略,从而持续保持其竞争优势,并进一步形成企业国际化的优势,对于国内企业集团来说具有十分积极的意义。 目前针对信息技术与企业关系方面的研究大多集中在信息技术环境下企业组织结构的变革,将企业抽象成为无差别的组织形式来考查,而对企业集团这一特殊组织形式层面的影响则关注较少;而在管理模式方面的研究也比较零乱,常常是将管理方法、控制机制、组织形式与管理模式混同起来。因此本研究以企业集团管理模式的内涵和信息技术的影响方面入手,回顾了信息技术对集团管理模式各个方面的作用机理和相关理论分析,在此基础之上构建了框架及模型,进而研究了信息技术如何通过内生外生作用影响企业集团管理模式并促进其转化,实现与集团发展方向的最佳匹配。最后选取了海尔集团作为对象进行了研究分析,考查信息技术如何促进其集团管理模式变革与企业发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the globalization of world economy and the fast development of science and technology, more and more Chinese enterprises have expanded into groups. Most Chinese state-owned enterprise groups were founded under administrative order in the beginning of 1990s. Later on, property right transfer such as acquisition and purchase became the main stream. Nowadays the foundation and expansion of giant enterprise groups has deeply impacted the configuration of social resource. Moreover, it has broken through the clear boundary among state-owned, private-owned and foreign capital enterprises. During the fast expansion of enterprise groups, the management pattern has to be modified frequently because of the expansion of their own scope and the influence of outside change of circumstance, while the management and control between parent company and its subsidiary is the key issue. Under the popular application of IT, the impact to the management pattern is much more notable than before. So it will be helpful to study the action mechanism of IT on the management pattern of enterprise groups and how to achieve the balance of control between parent company and subsidiary companies with the availability of IT, in order to keep their competitive ability and open up overseas markets. Among previous study on the relation of IT and enterprise, scholars mainly focus their attention on the transform of company structure under IT's impact. All enterprises are regarded as indistinctive organizations while little attention is paid to the impact of IT on various enterprise groups in reality. At the same time, study on management pattern is scattered on management methods, control mode, structure form and so on. In this thesis the attention is focused on the connotation factors of enterprise management pattern and the mechanism of IT's impact over such factors. After the review of early related research findings, a frame and simplified model is set up on mechanism of IT’s impact over enterprise management pattern. It is studied that how IT can promote the transformation of three types of management pattern through inner and outer function, by which the group development will be insured. Then Haier Group is analyzed as a sample, and the function of IT is the key issue to study. | |
