| 中文摘要: | 当今的世界经济发展,市场供给越来越全球化,信息技术和电子商务快速发展,促使企业从传统的通过纵向一体化来对资源进行配置管理从而降低成本的管理方法,向着与战略联盟进行合作的现代化供应链管理模式迈进。外包是社会分工与协作在现代经济发展条件下所产生的新的管理模式,特别是近些年来外包战略风行全球,跨国企业为了提高自己的核心竞争力,降低经营成本和规避经营风险,纷纷将自己的非核心业务外包,以应对日益增加的竞争。外包已经成为现代企业管理的重要手段。 2013年4月,摩托罗拉将天津工厂卖给了伟创力电子制造,并且将生产完全外包给伟创力,自己只是专注于研发与营销。这是典型的苹果供应链模式。但与此同时,三星电子却取代了苹果占领了智能手机市场的头把交椅,利润也紧紧追赶苹果。三星电子有着与苹果截然不同的供应链模式。是不是将生产外包就是摩托罗拉唯一的出路?生产外包的战略意义在哪里?而其相应的风险又是什么?怎么去避免?本文通过分析实际案例进而来研究了这些问题。本文首先通过介绍了摩托罗拉将生产完全外包给伟创力电子制造的例子,引出了本文的选题背景即通过案例分析来研究外包的决策。然后对现在国际国内关于外包的理论研究成果做了引述,并做了理论上的总结,接着归纳了外包战略产生和发展的根源。第三章分析和归纳了生产外包的实质,并总结了生产外包的动因,以及所存在的风险。第四章根据对生产外包的实质与动因的分析,详细研究了决策过程中所要考虑的因素,以及相应的评价方法与分析工具,并提出了相应的风险防范措施。第五章详细分析了摩托罗拉的此次生产外包的战略,研究了其此次战略决策的动因,并且进一步分析了其此次战略决策以及风险防范的经验与教训,从而加深了对第四章研究内容的理解。本文最后进行了总结,希望对我国企业运用供应链管理尤其是生产外包,来提高运营效率、优化成本管理,从而保持长期的竞争力起到一定的借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The rapid development of economy, the globalization of market supply, as well as the information technology and the e-commerce’s rapid development, makes enterprises to change from the traditional vertical management of resources toward the modern supply chain management model. Outsourcing is the output of the social division of labor and collaboration in the modern economic development, especially popular in recent years. In order to improve the core competitiveness, control operational risks and reduce competition, outsourcing is an important supply chain cost management tool. In April of year 2013, Motorola completed the transaction of selling Tianjin Factory to Flextronics, as well as outsourcing all manufacturing to Flextronics, so it can concentrate on development and marketing. The is similar supply chain model as Apple Inc, but at the meaning while, Samsung had replaced Apple as the No. 1 company for Smart Mobile Phone market, and its profit is near to Apple. Samsung has different Supply Chain style against Apple. So is outsourcing the only way for Motorola? What is outsourcing’s strategic benefit? What is outsourcing’s risk? How to avoid the risk? Followed by these questions, this thesis researched on the area of outsourcing decision. Firstly, this thesis describes the case of Motorola, followed with this paper’s study objective that is based on the Motorola outsourcing case to study Outsourcing. Then describes the current outsourcing theories, and concludes the outsourcing’s theoretical roots. In the third chapter, by concluding the business fact of manufacturing outsourcing, analyze the motivation of manufacturing Outsourcing, and the related risks associated with outsourcing. In chapter four, this thesis makes further analysis on the factors should be considered on outsourcing decision, and the corresponding evaluation methods and analysis tools etc. And also introduce the risks protection methods. Case analysis section in chapter five is analyzing the case of Motorola outsourcing to Flextronics, to understand its strategy impact, as well as to study this Outsourcing strategy’s decision experience, as well as risk control lessons, in order to better understand the research output in Chapter four. In the final summary, I wish our enterprises can use the outsourcing model to improve their operational efficiency, optimize the supply chain cost management, as well as trying to avoid related risks, thus can have long-term core competencies. | |
