中文摘要：	随着知识经济时代的来临，智力资本已成为业界和学界共同关注的焦点。许多研究表明，智力资本对企业绩效有积极的推动作用，因而对于企业竞争优势也可能存在一定的促进效果。然而在不断变化的市场环境中，企业不能再仅仅满足于依靠单一的智力资本直接作用于竞争优势，推动其发展，而必须考虑在动态环境下，培养并充分发挥企业动态能力，将智力资本与动态能力相结合，共同致力于竞争优势的提升。企业动态能力、智力资本与竞争优势之间的关系不仅具备较高价值的研究意义，同时对企业的管理实践具有指导意义。 国内外许多研究表明，高的智力资本可能使企业获得新的竞争力、维持或提高现有竞争优势。但现实环境的复杂性以及不确定性要求企业必须能紧跟宏观环境的变化，不断对自身做出适应性的调整以获得竞争优势。一方面，国内外研究鲜有对智力资本实现竞争优势的机理进行探讨的。因此，需要对智力资本是否影响以及如何影响企业竞争优势这一问题进行更深入的研究。另一方面，市场竞争在经济全球化的今天愈演愈烈。本文旨在考察动态能力在企业智力资本和竞争优势关系当中的中介效应，试图揭示智力资本作用在竞争优势中的“过程黑箱”，有利于企业及时调整战略方针，优化整合资源配置，从而保持和提升竞争优势。 本文提出以动态能力作为中介变量，试图解释企业智力资本作用于竞争优势的过程机制。文章在参考大量理论文献的基础上，运用实证分析的研究方法，对企业智力资本、动态能力与竞争优势三者之间的关系提出研究假设，并建立假设模型，运用Likert 量表问卷调查形式获取数据样本，通过SPSS 19.0软件对数据进行描述性统计、信效度分析、多元回归分析，以中介变量检验方程为检验依据，验证动态能力的中介效应。结果显示，智力资本至少有两条路径可作用于竞争优势，动态能力在企业智力资本与竞争优势之间的确起着中介作用。
英文摘要：	With the advent of knowledge economy era, specialists and scholars are paying more attention on intelligence capital. Many researches demonstrate that intelligence capital has a positive effect on enterprise performance, so that competitive advantage may be influenced to a certain extent. However, under the circumstance of a changing market, enterprises cannot just rely on the direct action by intelligence capital to improve competitive advantage, but also take dynamic capability into consideration. Dynamic capability needs to be fostered, developed and utilized by enterprise with intelligence capital combined, in order to promote competitive advantage together. Many researches show that high intellectual capital may enable enterprises to gain new competitive maintain or enhance existing competitive advantage. But the complexity and uncertainty of the real environment requires companies to be able to keep up with changes in the macroeconomic environment, and constantly make adjustments to their adaptability to gain a competitive advantage. On the one hand, there are few mechanisms for study abroad intellectual capital to achieve competitive advantage will be explored. Therefore, whether the impact on the intellectual capital and how it affects the competitive advantage need the more in-depth study. On the other hand, market competition intensified in the economic globalization today. This paper aims to examine the mediation effect of dynamic capabilities in the enterprise intellectual capital and competitive advantage relationships and attempt to reveal the role of intellectual capital in a competitive advantage in the "process black box". This paper proposes that considering dynamic capability as a mediate variable, tries to explain that how enterprise intelligence capital influences competitive advantage. On the basic of lots of theory documents, this paper puts forward hypothesizes of the relationship among enterprise intelligence capital, dynamic capability and competitive advantage and build hypothesis model through empirical analysis method. The data is obtained by Likert scale questionnaires and the research is conducted by SPSS 19.0 software including descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis and multiple regression analysis. The mediate effect of dynamic capability is tested according to intermediary variable inspection equation. The result indicates that there are at least two paths for intelligence capital to improve competitive advantage and dynamic capability do play a mediate role between the relationship of enterprise intelligence capital and competitive advantage.
