中文摘要: | 中国的改革开放已经历经35年,在这35年中,中国的对外贸易助推了中国经济的强劲发展。尤其是以纺织服装行业为代表的劳动密集型产业,在发展的“功劳簿”上,应该记为浓重的一笔。天津服装进出口股份有限公司(以下简称:服装公司)作为天津市老牌专业进出口公司的代表之一,历经了改革开放至今的一系列发展变革。在这个期间,服装公司有过辉煌,也有过低谷,现今也在承受着市场的残酷考验。在服装公司发展的历史各个时期,其组织形式、经营方式均具有当时的历史特点。发展到今天,历史留存下来的既有财富,也有包袱。服装公司若想继续健康发展,就要根据不同的历史时期的组织特点,对现在的形势进行分析,总结成败得失,对管理方式方法、经营策略加以调整。本文以天津服装进出口公司(下文简称“服装公司”或“天津服装公司”)为主要研究对象,以服装公司在不同历史时期的组织演变、管理情况以及今后的发展方向为研究重点。结合历史资料,介绍服装公司在历史发展中的主要情况,分析其在不同历史时期采取的经营策略,从计划经济时期的“服从国家安排”到逐渐开放市场的“有一定的自主权”再到后配额时期的“完全市场化运营”,其中也经历了艰难的转型过程,在转型过程中总结成败得失;重点对新时期服装公司的组织情况、经营情况、经营中遇到的困难和存在的问题做了论述。最后结合上述的介绍及分析,对服装公司后续的发展提出了对策优化建议:首先应对组织进行一定的变革,应该循序渐进,不可急于求成,也要积极发挥自身的资产优势和外贸背景抓住资产收益;其次从提高经营效益上提出应该促进主业销售的转型升级;最后要以计算机、电算化的方式提高工作效率。通过论证,服装公司所面临的竞争形势虽然严峻,自身存在的问题也亟待解决。但是,也能够通过改变管理模式,挖掘自身潜力,开拓经营思想,提高产品和服务的附加值,从而达到提高核心竞争力,避免同质化竞争的目的。 | |
英文摘要: | Thirty five years have passed since China firstly adopted reform and opening up policy. In this period, foreign trade played an indispensable role in China’s economic growth. Especially, the textile and garment manufacturing industry as the representative of the labor-intensive industry made a great contribution to the development of economy. Tianjin Garments Import and Export Inc.(Tianjin Garments for short), one of the oldest professional import and export organization in Tianjin, experienced the whole period after the opening up. During this period, Tianjin Garments had been brilliant, had low as well. Nowadays, it also runs under cruel test of the market. The organization function and method of running changed along with the time flew. There are advantages stayed together with the difficulties. In order to get stronger, Tianjin Garments need to develop management and strategy accordingly based on the analysis of history and current environment. This paper takes Tianjin Garments Import & Export Incorporation (simply Tianjin Garments, or Garments Incorporation for short ) as the main object of study, focusing on the changing of organization function, institution and management to give the direction of its development. Introduce the way of Tianjin Garments’ developing, analyze the relationship between the institution and outside situation. From the “follow government’s instructions completely” at the planning economy, to “limited independent operation” at opening up, then to “completely independent operation”, Tianjin Garments went through a difficult history. Faced on the current difficulties, Tianjin Garments need to recognize the problems of its organization, management and strategy. After that, some suggestion to help Tianjin Garments grow stronger are provided, organization functions should be developed smoothly instead of obtrusively, update main business to enhance benefits, acquire the capital and investing benefits, use information deliver and analysis system to increase the efficiency. Through the demonstration, even though Tianjin Garments faced a serious competition situation, and need to patch up some weak points. Tianjin Garments would improve the core competitiveness and to avoid homogenization of the competition through develop organization properly, digging potential abilities, obtain new managing idea, enhance the value of the product and service we provide. | |
