中文摘要：	本论文以S公司为样本，研究了在制造企业中对流程改善项目的效果进行计算与评价的一种财务效果评价体系。S公司是一家管理较为先进的电子制造企业，原实施了6Sigma管理，但在应用中出现了很多难以克服的问题，并且资源浪费严重，因此在实施数年后取消了6Sigma管理体系。6Sigma管理体系中原有包含财务效果评价（FEA）制度不能再适用，而企业的实际经营中存在大量的业务流程改善活动需要对其进行评价。在此背景下，S公司设计并实施一种新的评价体系就成为了重要而紧迫的任务。 论文中通过应用6Sigma，持续改善和激励理论等基本理念和方法，应用统计学数据处理方法和财务相关知识，设计了一套用于流程改善项目的财务效果评价的体系。这一体系的方法能够将流程改善项目的成果表述为恰当的财务损益数据。同时，利用评价过程和结果能够进行有效的员工激励。本文从基本设计理念，基于S公司现实状况的设计变动点，人员组织保证，评价业务的最佳流程，信息系统的支持，评价计算的最合理算法，奖励制度等多方面对这一体系的设计要点进行了剖析。 S公司在实践中应用了这套评价体系，取得了较好的使用效果，基本满足了目前的急迫需要。但是实际业务进行中也发现了一些问题，包括效果金额计算的准确性，算法公式的设计以及利益分配等问题。本文探讨了实施中面临的这些问题，需要解决的难点，并分析给出解决这些问题的基本方法和一般原则。这些仍然需要在实践中不断调整完善。 最后，研究了这种评价体系的应用价值及适用性，给出了在不同类型企业中借鉴使用的建议。
英文摘要：	Studies the financial effect audit system of improving process projects in a manufacturing company(S company as a sample) in this paper. S company is an advanced electronic manufacturing companies, builds a 6 Sigma management system, and then there are so many problems, so S company cancel the 6 Sigma management system. The financial effect audit system of the 6 Sigma management is canceled, and S company has a lot of improvement projects need to be evaluated. Designs a new system has become an important task. Uses the method and the knowledge of 6 Sigma, Kaizen, and motivation theory, uses the method of Statistics and knowledge of Finance, to design a new financial effect audit system of improving process projects. The system can transform the achievement of improving process projects to financial gain or loss, and can motivate staffs. Analyzed this system, the basic design concept, the organization, information system, the formula, and the reward. In practice, S company builds the system, there are some new problems of the new system. Studies problems of the new system, and improve the system. Then give same suggestions to use the system in other companies.
