中文摘要:我国的中小商业银行在近些年的发展过程中,虽然取得了显著的成效,但由于受到国内外金融大环境不景气的影响,发展的前景和盈利的空间受到了严重的制约,经营与管理也面临较大的挑战,而外资银行受益于我国对WTO放开金融业的承诺,频频在我国境内开设分支机构,进行人民币业务的办理,除此之外,国有大型银行的改制也成功完成,由此可见,我国的中小商业银行已经处在了外资银行和国有大型银行的夹缝当中。当然,新巴塞尔协议所提出的苛刻要求,更加束缚了中小商业银行的发展。研究资料显示,中小商业银行在面对激烈的行业竞争时,需要充分借助自身优势,通过准确的市场地位和差异化的特色经营来取得卓越的发展成果。由于我国的银行业在当前呈现出了较高的垄断性,因此中小商业银行的大力发展会减少行业垄断对银行业效益的影响。虽然中小商业银行能够凭借自身优势来应对外资与大型银行的强势竞争,但从理论分析来看,中小商业银行并不适合规模化的经营形式。我国中小企业的快速扩张和民众金融需求的不断加强,给中小商业银行提供了挑战与机遇并存的发展环境。综上所述,中小商业银行要认清市场形势,在合理规避不利影响的前提下充分发挥自身优势,从而取得跨越式发展的经营业绩。本文结合众多研究资料发现,差异化的市场地位和特色化的企业文化等策略将会从很大程度上推动中小商业银行的发展。 
英文摘要:Small and medium-sized commercial Banks in our country is developing rapidly in recent years, but as a result of domestic and foreign financial environment, the international financial crisis intensified, domestic inflation, make the development of small and medium-sized commercial Banks and the profit space narrowing, operation and management are serious challenges, and the foreign Banks, in accordance with the opening of the financial sector in China's accession to the WTO commitments, have been able to set up branches in China, a more liberal for most of the RMB business, at the same time, the shareholding system reform of state-owned Banks has successively completed, makes our country small and medium-sized commercial Banks face of competition in foreign Banks and large state-owned Banks, especially the implementation of Basel ii (Basel 2), and more demanding for small and medium-sized commercial Banks, combined with its own law of development of small and medium-sized commercial Banks, is bound to lead to meet development bottleneck. A variety of research materials at home and abroad and the actual situation shows that in the competition in the banking industry, small and medium-sized commercial Banks as long as based on their own advantages, formulating and implementing correct and clear market positioning, adhere to the road of differentiation and the characteristic, also is able to get long-term development. At present, the high degree of monopoly in China's banking industry, to a certain extent, affected the improvement of the whole banking efficiency, vigorously develop small and medium-sized commercial Banks has become inevitable. Although our country small and medium-sized commercial Banks and large Banks and foreign Banks in many respects there is a larger gap, but it also has its survival and development of the comparative advantage. At the same time, according to the scale economy and X efficiency theory analysis, to the road of big Banks scale management is not necessarily suitable for small and medium-sized commercial Banks. At present, the market environment in bring challenges to the development of China's small and medium-sized commercial Banks also provides a very good opportunity, such as the vigorous development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, the demand of the personal financial expansion, etc. So, if the small and medium-sized commercial Banks in China can play their own advantages, to overcome the disadvantages, seize the opportunity, get rid of the threat of market, can win more market, leapfrog development. Through this study, our country small and medium-sized commercial Banks should take the following development strategies: adhere to the differentiation of external market positioning, innovation, organization structure, a characteristic of enterprise culture, and develops the content of financial innovation.
