中文摘要:随着我国经济的发展和社会的进步,在工程建设领域,属于生产性服务行业的工程项目管理行业也越来越被重视起来。本文的主要研究对象是工程管理行业的项目成本控制,并选取了在华外资工程管理公司——NP工程管理公司为典型案例进行研究。希望藉此为工程项目咨询管理行业项目成本控制工作提供参考,同时为我国本土的工程管理公司的项目成本控制工作提供一定的经验。 文章首先综述了工程管理公司项目成本控制的研究背景和国内外工程管理公司项目成本控制的研究现状,继而梳理了成本控制相关理论和国内外成本控制理论的发展状况,然后以NP公司的项目成本控制工作为例,结合本人在该公司的工作经验,从公司对项目成本控制工作的管理和公司工程项目的成本控制的具体执行方法入手,对该公司项目成本控制工作在管理层面、执行层面和支持层面存在问题进行了深入分析,并针对各个层面的问题结合成本控制相关理论、项目成本控制工作的执行方法和公司实际情况提出改进措施,最后以流程图的形式,综合成本控制工作的各个层面和项目执行的各个阶段,重新整理了NP公司的成本控制工作流程。 通过对工程管理公司项目成本控制的研究,笔者得出以下结论,项目成本控制工作的开展,首先要从公司的战略、制度和管理入手,从整体上为项目成本控制工作建立良好的环境和条件,其次需要综合考虑影响项目成本控制工作的各种因素,从项目报价阶段开始对项目成本进行全生命周期控制,最后要通过各种相关支持数据,如人工时系统的信息支持、人力资源管理报告等,为项目成本控制工作提供有效信息,达到资源的优化配置。 
英文摘要:By the development of the economic and society in our country, people pay much more attention on the project consultancy and management industry, which is belonging to the service industry in engineering and construction field. This article mainly talks about the project cost control in engineering management company. And using NP engineering company as an example, which is a foreign capital engineering management company in China. Hope this article could give some reference for the project cost control work in engineering management company, especially the local engineering management company. Firstly, the article presents the research background of project cost control in engineering management company, and introduce the research situation of project cost control in engineering management company both in and out China; go through the related theories of cost control and the development situation both in and out China. Secondly, using NP Company as the example and combing the personal experience of the writer,start with project cost control management in the company and project cost control execution methods, analysis the problems of the project cost control work from management level, execution level and the supporting level and raise the solutions for each level with the related cost control theories, project cost control execution methods and NP company’s situation . Re-organize the project cost control h procedure in each level and stages in NP at the end of the article. With the project cost control research, writer gets below conclusion: first, the project cost control work should start with the company strategy, system and management, which could provide a good environment and situation for project cost control work; Secondly, should consider all the factors,which influence the project cost control work, start the project cost control work from the proposal stage and control the project cost for all the project stages; At last, fully using all the related supporting data, such as man-hour system, resource management report etc., provide the useful data for project cost control work and get the most optimum distribution for the resource.
