中文摘要:台湾电子制造企业的发展令全球瞩目,当全球化程度越来越高的时候,经济发展到一定的程度,为了提高产业竞争力,台湾电子制造企业的生产运营管理也在不断探索与加强中。在全球金融危机的影响下,以及产业发展的艰辛道路上,电子制造服务厂商却又面临高成本与低毛利率的尴尬局面,低成本运营管理的模式有待探究。本文以捷普绿点科技公司——全球第二大电子制造服务厂商捷普集团旗下大型分公司(天津分司)为案例分析,该公司是以生产手机机壳为主的代工台湾管理企业,本文将探究该公司的生产运营管理之具体内容。 本文分为引言、理论回顾、案例分析、结论,由六个章节构成。 第一部分是为第一、二章,首先将会对文章的写作背景,包括了经济背景和案例公司的背景做一个简单的介绍,然后收集本文研究分析会用到的理论基础,研究当前国内外目前已有的对这些理论的研究现状,总结现有分析研究成果并查找不足和缺失并运用在案例中,发现研究留白,提出见解。第三章是捷普绿点科技生产运营管理研究的一个铺垫,将会为捷普绿点科技公司运营总目标制定进行一个宏观的瞰视图。对企业内外部环境掌握中作出SWOT形式表述的分析结果,制定企业运营总目标,再将它分解到企业运营中进行简要阐述,树立研究标杆。第四章承上启下延展运营管理目标的三个基本点“降低成本”、“获得更好的质量”、“提高客户价值”进行分别详述,然后针对这三个方面做出现状分析,指出问题和寻找差距。第五章对于这三个目标的实现提出自己的对策建议。第六章为本文最后一个部分,即论文的结论与建议。 本文从个案分析延伸至对制造企业之运营管理的思考,根据对捷普绿点科技公司低成本运营管理的经验吸收与反思,过去的方法不加以变通继续使用的话就只有溺水而亡,任何一个公司必须进行改革,这是国际大环境所面临的问题。所有公司的推进管理方法也是一样,应贯彻低成本运营思想、各部门协调努力实现好的质量,以及实现客户价值提高客户忠诚度。  
英文摘要:The development of Taiwan electronics manufacturing enterprise global attention,as globalization increasingly high, the economy develops to a certain extent, in order to improve industrial competitiveness, Taiwanese electronics manufacturers are constantly exploring operational management and strengthening. Under the influence of the global financial crisis, as well as the hard road of industrial development, electronic manufacturing services providers and yet faced the embarrassment of low margin. Low cost operation and management model to be explored, In this thesis, Jabil Green Point technology companies - mainly in the production of cell phone cases dominated the world's second-largest electronics manufacturing services companies for the case studies to explore low-cost carriers to change the company management approach, mainly in Tianjin Branch. This thesis is divided into five parts, including an introduction, theory review, case analysis and conclusions. The first part is for the first and second chapters, it will describe the background for writing the thesis, including the economic background and the background of the case company to make a brief introduction, and then collect the theoretical basis of this study will be used in the analysis. The second part of this thesis, will conduct an operational goal to develop a macro bird's-eye view. By making SWOT analysis of Jabil Green Point, its general objective for production, operation and management is to be aimed. Then the thesis analysis the existing operational management issues in Jabil Green Point. Chapter 4 and Chapter Five offer detailed description of the company’s objectives in three areas like production, operation, and management. Existing problems is those areas and solutions are discussed. In Chapter Five, solutions are proposed to the realization of the objectives, and feasible suggestions are offered for personnel, culture, system, customer relation management in operation. In the last part, will be the conclusions and recommendations of the thesis, by analyzing the extension of which may Jabil Reflections on case management to low cost manufacturing enterprise operations management, industry analysis from the individual companies to make the thesis there broader perspective, but also summed up the deficiencies and areas that need further research in this thesis. In Chapter Six, conclusions and suggestions are involved. With absorption and reflection of the experience gained by Jabil in low cost operation management, on one can survive obsolete measures. Suggestions are involved in the implementation of low cost operation, good quality achieved by coordinated efforts of each department, realization of customer value, and higher customer loyalty. From individual company analysis to the sector analysis, the thesis enjoys a broader outlook as well as a summarize some of its drawbacks and areas required deeper study.
