中文摘要：	受经济危机的影响，全球经济持续低迷，购买力普遍下降，制造业企业的经营环境也发生了重大变化。随着我国经济改革的深入，市场逐渐成为决定性的因素，新技术的层出不穷和原材料市场的波动，制造业所面临的竞争更加激烈。企业为了适应新的市场竞争环境，必须在经营方面形成快速反应的机制。在这种情况下，企业如何根据自身条件、企业的战略定位及多变的外部环境建立经营计划运营体系就显得尤为重要。 　　本文通过对G公司的经营计划运营体系的研究，结合相关的理论阐述了其经营计划运营体系在实际经营中的运营效果和问题。本文首先对G公司进行了总体介绍，并分析了公司的内外部环境，公司的战略定位及其采用基于ERP系统的经营计划运营体系的必要性。然后详细讲述了G公司的经营计划运营体系，包括经营计划的种类，经营计划的制定，经营计划的执行与管控，以及经营计划体系运营的效果评价。同时也对贯穿始终的各种财务经营分析方法做了比较详实的阐述。最后，对G公司的经营计划体系运营的优点及不足之处提出了个人的看法，并结合本人的经验提出改善对策，同时，也对此种经营计划运营体系做了适当的向后展望。 　　本文旨在以G公司的运营计划体系为例进行剖析，为其他企业的计划管理及运营提供一定的参考，为企业的经营和决策提供依据。
英文摘要：	Affected by the economic crisis，the global economy continues to slump down, the customer's purchasing power decline at the same time, great changes occur in the operating environment of manufacturing enterprises. Due to the changeable national economic policy, new technologies emerge in endlessly and the price fluctuations of raw material market, the competition that manufacturing industry faced became more and more intense. To adapt to the new market competition environment, the enterprise must form a rapid response mechanism in terms of operation. In this case, how to establish a system of operation plan that based on the enterprise’s self condition, the strategic orientation and the changeable external environment seems very important for an enterprise. 　　Through the study of the operation system of G Company’s business operating plan and combining with relative theory, this article states G’s operation effect and problems of business operating system in the actual management. This article firstly gives a comprehensive introduction of G Company, and then analyzes the company's internal and external environment, the strategic position of the company and the necessity of using the business plan operation system that based on ERP system. Then G Company’s business plan operation system was described in detail, including the types of business plan, how to make business plan, the execution and control of the business plan, and the effect assessment of operation management plan system. At the same time, various analysis methods of financial management were also expounded specifically in this paper. Finally, I propound some personal view on the advantages and disadvantages of G’s business plan of system operation. Combined with my experience at the same time, I also give a proper future looking on this business plan type and operation system. The purpose of this paper is to take the G Company’s operating plan system as an example for analysis, and then provides some reference for other enterprise's management and operation to better management and decision- making.
