中文摘要：	信息管理系统项目是一项涉及面广、技术难度大的综合性系统工程，需要投入大量的人力、财力、物力等资源，在实施过程中也会有诸多的风险影响因素。如何保证信息管理系统项目的成功，满足企业需求并达到预期效果就需要充分识别影响项目成功的各类风险因素，并根据这些风险因素对项目的影响程度制定合理的应对方法和解决措施。因此对制药企业信息管理系统项目的风险识别和应对策略的研究具有现实的研究意义。本文首先对国内和国外对于项目风险管理相关理论研究进行了回顾；然后分析了国内外信息管理系统项目风险管理研究的现状；接着结合制药企业的特点和制药行业的行业标准，对制药企业信息管理系统项目生命周期内的各个阶段的风险因素进行分析和研究；在对影响到制药企业信息管理系统项目的项目风险进行充分识别的基础上，制定了制药企业信息管理系统项目风险的应对方法和策略；最后结合天士力集团信息管理系统项目的实施过程来进行研究论证。本文通过对制药企业信息管理系统项目的风险识别和应对策略的研究，总结出了制药企业信息管理系统的风险识别和应对方法，并提出将GMP的管理思想融入到信息管理系统项目的建设过程中以提高项目建设的成功率，使信息管理系统成为GMP控制体系执行的保障工具，建立以GMP认证为核心的信息管理系统。本文的研究成果，对于我国制药企业实施信息管理系统具有普遍的参考意义。本文结合具体项目，首次针对中药制药企业信息管理系统项目的风险进行识别并制定相应的应对措施。
英文摘要：	Information management system is a complicated system, which is influenced by variety of factors and required substantial resources like human, financial and technology during the implementation. The enterprise had to fully identify the various types of risk factors affecting the project to ensure the success of the project and satisfy the company’s demand. Solutions for risks identified are also needed. That’s why the research about risk identification and risk response in pharmaceutical companies’ information management system is of a practical significance. This thesis firstly recalled the related theoretical studies of project risk management in domestic and international. Then analyzed the current situation of the information management system risk management studies and researches in domestic and international. Secondly to analyze the risk factors in different phases of the project life cycle according to the characters of pharmaceutical enterprise and the requirement of GMP. Thirdly to develop a risk response strategy for the companies based on the fully analyzed on the risk factors of the information management system. Finally raise a proposal to information management system implementation of Tasly Pharmaceutical Group to verify the theory. By the research of risk identification and response of pharmaceutical enterprise’s information management system, to summarize the methods and strategies should be taken when implement the pharmaceutical enterprise’s information management system. This thesis also emphasized the management thought of GMP should be integrated into the implementation of information management system to improve the success rate of the project. The author also hopes such analysis would provide a universal reference point for local pharmaceutical enterprises. This thesis combines of the risk management theory and the specific practice with the analysis of information management system project.
