中文摘要：	信息搜寻行为一直以来都是情报学研究的热点问题，国内外的学者们早已经有了大量的相关研究，研究成果也比较成熟。然而，对于健康信息搜寻行为的研究国内相比与国外来讲却还显滞后，研究成果不够丰富，健康信息搜寻行为研究在国内还未受到足够的重视，实际上处于长期不足的状态。 随着移动互联网的快速发展，网络因信息的便利性和资料呈现的互动性，已经成为一般民众获取健康相关信息的主要来源之一。本研究就从城乡青年利用移动网络搜寻健康信息的角度出发，结合技术可接受模型和任务导向的信息搜寻模型构建出城乡青年利用移动网络搜寻健康信息的通用模型，在此基础上对城乡青年的信息搜寻行为进行详细分析和研究。 本文首次以城乡青年为研究对象，采用半结构化访谈的方法来收集研究数据，并采用Nvivo定性分析软件辅助对数据进行整理、编码和内容分析，以便能够更加深入地了解城乡青年使用网络进行健康信息搜寻行为的特点。研究发现，在健康领域，城乡青年之间确实也存在“数字鸿沟”的问题，而该问题直接影响着他们搜寻健康信息的结果；城乡青年的健康意识都比较薄弱，健康需求呈现多样性，但是城市青年的信息获取平台更加多样化；在搜寻健康信息的技术上也是存在差异的；此外，我们还分析了他们在搜寻健康信息时常遇到的困难以及解决办法。 最后，针对相关的问题提出了一些建议和措施，以期为我国未来制定健康信息服务和保障政策提供一些有价值的参考。
英文摘要：	Information search Behavior has always been a hot issue in informatics research，a large number of related studies have been conducted abroad and in China, the result of research is also very mature. However, comparing to abroad, the research of domestic for health information search behavior is lagging, results of research are not rich, and research of health information behavior in domestic is not paid enough attention to, and in fact is in a state of chronic shortages. With the rapid development of the internet, and because of the convenience and the interaction, it has been one of the major sources that people gain health-related information. In this paper, from the perspective of urban and rural youth to use mobile network to search for health information, we combine the technology acceptance model with task oriented information searching model to construct general model of urban and rural youth to use mobile network to search health information, then analyze and research urban and rural youth's information search behavior. We take urban and rural youth as subjects for the first time in the present study, use semi-structured interview to collect data, and employ the Nvivo qualitative analysis software to help to code and analyze data in order to more deeply understand the characteristics of the urban and rural youth network health information search behavior. The study finds that in the field of health, the problem of "digital divide" does exist among urban and rural youth, and the problem directly affects the results of their searching for health information; health consciousness of urban and rural youth is weak, health demand is diversity, but the platforms to gain health information for urban youth are more diversified; the technologies of searching for health information are different; In addition, we also analyze the difficulties and solutions which they often encounter when they search for health information. Finally, aiming at some problems, we put forward some suggestions and measures, in order to provide some reference for our future health information services and security policy.
