| 中文摘要: | 随着我国经济体制改革的不断深化,现代企业经济体制的不断完善,我国的工程项目投资已经呈现出多元化的趋势,项目投资产生的风险也会增加。如果对这些风险认识不足,不对这些风险加以防范,不能很好地对这些风险进行管理,就会造成各种损失,导致工程项目造价相比预期大大增加,甚至有可能造成严重的事故,发生人员伤亡,财务受损,企业蒙受法律制裁、声誉受损的现象。随着当今世界环境的不断变幻,传统的风险管理模式已经呈现出了不适应性。而价值链已经成为企业竞争优势的重要来源,良好的价值链有助于保持企业的核心竞争力,成为应对激烈的市场竞争的重要手段。价值链管理为企业风险管理提供了广阔的分析空间和完善的分析手段,为企业各项职能活动提供了有效的理论依据。作为企业重要的管理职能之一的风险管理,与价值链管理理论的紧密结合能形成一种突破传统模式的风险管理的思想。为了适应时代背景,抓住机遇,基于价值链视角对工程项目造价风险进行有效的管理,能改善企业风险管理状况和决策能力,提高资源的应用效益,最终实现长远的战略发展目标。 本文综合运用文献研究法、定性与定量相结合的方法、案例研究法等方法,基于价值链视角对工程项目造价风险管理进行研究。首先分析了价值链视角下工程项目造价风险管理的独特性,在此基础上对工程项目造价进行风险识别,采用层次分析法进行风险度量,找出关键风险因素进行应对。本文详细阐述了基于价值链视角下工程项目造价风险管理的独特性以及相应的风险管理流程与风险管理方法,为其它项目的风险管理提供了借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As the constant deepening of China's economic reform and the continuous improvement of modern corporate economy, the project investment has shown a trend of diversification, the risks will also increase. If these risks cannot be known comprehensively, prevented well and managed effectively, they may cause all kinds of damages. The engineering project cost will increase significantly compared with the one expected. What’s more, they may bring about serious accidents, injuries, financial damages, legal sanctions and reputational damages to the enterprises. In the constantly changing environment of the world, traditional risk management model has shown some features that are not adaptive to the changes. But the value chain has become an important source of competitive advantage. A favorable value chain helps to maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises and becomes an important way to react to the fierce market competition. Value chains provide a broad space for analyzing and a sound way for analyzing, as well as an effective theory evidence for various functional activities in the enterprises. Risk management, as one of the important functions of management, if integrating with value chains closely, can form a new thinking beyond the traditional models. In order to adapt to the background of the times, and to seize the opportunities, it’s very essential to undertake effective risk management towards the engineering project cost from the perspective of value chains, which helps enterprises improve the status quo of risk management and capacity of decision-making, raise the effectiveness of the application of resources, and ultimately achieve long-term strategic goals. Documentary research, qualitative and quantitative methods, case studies and other methods are used in this thesis. Risk management towards the engineering project cost from the perspective of value chains is discussed in this thesis. First, the uniqueness of risk management towards the engineering project cost from the perspective of value chains is analyzed. Then researches on risk identification, risk assessment and risk response are conducted, among which risk assessment is finished by AHP method to evaluate the risk to find out the key risk factors to deal with. The uniqueness of risk management towards the engineering project cost and risk management processes as well as methods from the perspective of value chains are elaborated. And it provides a reference for risk management of other projects. | |
