| 中文摘要: | 经济的发展带动商品的快速流通,以低物流成本和高效率的服务获得最大的经济效益,是制造企业、物流企业、港口集装箱集疏企业的首要目标。特别是近几年,地处环渤海湾地区中心的天津港现代物流业发展迅猛,甩挂运输作为先进的运输组织方式,成为现代物流企业改变现状的有效途径,使企业能够在节能减排、成本控制和资源利用等方面得到改善。在欧美国家甩挂运输模式发展较早,现已处于成熟阶段,而在我国受到发展阶段、体制机制、政策措施、配套设施不完善等诸多因素的制约,尚处于起步阶段,发展缓慢,目前主要应用在东部沿海主要港口城市的运输企业。同时,甩挂运输的发展依赖于完善的作业站场、先进的信息技术、宽松的政策管理制度等配套设施。 本文以J物流公司为研究对象,对实行甩挂运输工程前的可行性分析利用定性的方法分析市场需求与目标市场,项目建设的必要性,同时由于正在建设甩挂运输站场,相对投入的成本较大,运用工程经济评价指标量化的方法得出该项目可行的结论;着重分析甩挂运输的三种基本运营模式及J物流公司根据当前自身发展阶段实施的三条甩挂运输模式线路;利用数学公式计算甩挂运输牵引车与挂车的配置方案;公司对站场建设、运输装备与信息系统的配套设施的实施;图示分析甩挂运输的生产业务流程;从固定成本、变动成本、总成本三个方面用数学模型VRPTW(Vehicle Routing Problems with Time Window, VRPTW) 基于软时间窗的物流配送优化模型的方法证明甩挂运输方式与传统方式在运输效率和运输成本方面的经济效益优势,以及燃油消耗和二氧化碳排放量两个方面的社会效益优势,由此得出甩挂运输具有降低物流成本、节能减排、绿色环保、提高效率等优势的结论。 本文利用定性、定量、参考查阅大量文献、问询、调研相关案例、结合本职工作和相关政策、法律法规等方法,通过对J物流公司单一个体的分析,得出适合该公司甩挂运输工程实施的方案。通过该案例的分析,得出结论:甩挂运输有益于物流公司的发展,在节能减排、降低物流成本、提高运输效率等方面有明显的优势,同时,对整个物流行业的发展,乃至整个运输体系的形成具有强大的推动作用。本文运用的方法也意在为其他企业提供一定的参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The goods circulated rapidly are driven by the development of economy. The purpose is to capture the maximum economic benefit at low cost of logistics and efficient services, which is the primary objective of manufacturing enterprises, logistics enterprises, port container companies. Especially in recent years, the modern logistics industries located in the center of BoHai Bay region of Tianjin Port have been developing rapidly. “Truck-trailer” is an advanced transportation organization, which becomes an effective way to change the present situation and enabled modern logistics enterprises to improve the energy conservation & emission reducing, cost controlling and resource utilization. ”Truck-trailer”, which has developed earlier in the United States and Europe, is in a stage of mature recently. However, “Truck-trailer” still in the stage of beginning in China, which is constrained by many factors, for instance, development phase, institutional mechanisms, policies and measures, inadequate facilities. “Truck-trailer” is mainly applied to transport companies in the port city of eastern coast. Meanwhile, the development of “Truck-trailer” depends on the perfect operating stations, advanced information technology, liberal policy management system and other facilities. In this paper, the research studies on J Logistics Company. The method of feasibility analysis we use is qualitative to analyze on market demand, target market and necessity of the project before we plan to carry out “Truck-trailer” project. Simultaneously, since “Truck-trailer” station is being constructed and invested largely, we use the quantitative method of project economic evaluation to get a feasible conclusion. The analysis focuses on the three basic transportation operation modes and J Logistics Company carry out the three “Truck-trailer” transportation lines according to the current stage of its development. We calculate the configuration program of tractors and trailers using mathematical formulas. J Logistics Company make the implement of programs on the facilities of station construction, transportation equipment and information systems. We use the illustration to analyze “Truck-trailer” production of business processes. Using the mathematical model VRPTW(Vehicle Routing Problems with Time Window, VRPTW) from three aspects of fixed cost, variable cost, the total cost to prove the economic advantages in terms of transportation efficiency and costs between “Truck-trailer” and traditional way, as well as social advantages in terms of fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, it is concluded that “Truck-trailer” has the advantages of costs controlling, energy conservation & emission reducing, environmental protection, improving efficiency. In this paper, we make the analysis of J Logistics Company, the single individual study object, taking advantage of qualitative, quantitative, reference works of literature, inquiry, research-related cases, combining with my own work and related policies, laws, regulations and other methods. At last, it put forward the “Truck-trailer” implement scheme suitable for J Logistics Company. By analysis on this project, it is concluded that “Truck-trailer” is beneficial to the development of the logistics companies and it has the obvious advantages of energy conservation & emission reducing, costs controlling, improving efficiency. Meanwhile, “Truck-trailer” has a powerful role in promoting the entire logistics industries, and even formation of the transportation system. The methods we used in this paper are intended to provide a reference for other companies. | |
