中文摘要：	房屋建筑的质量依靠检测所使用的材料和构件情况来推断，检测数据的准确程度至关重要。房屋建筑工程检测如何进行质量控制，保证检测数据的准确性、可靠性，是众多房屋建筑检测机构从业人员研究的重大课题。本文主要研究运用全面质量管理理论和“朱兰三部曲”中质量控制观点，对环亚公司的检测活动进行质量控制，确保检测数据与结果的准确、可靠。本文在回顾质量管理大师们的理念、全面质量管理理论和实验室准则的基础上，分析了房屋建筑检测行业的特点和环亚公司所出现的质量问题，探讨了影响检测质量的关键因素和检测过程中的关键环节，改进了环亚公司质量控制的途径和方法，重点从影响检测质量的关键因素和过程中的关键环节两个方面进行质量控制活动。在影响检测质量的关键因素方面，环亚公司对人员、设备、检测方法、量值溯源和检测环境等因素进行质量控制；在检测过程中关键环节方面，环亚公司对检测前的合同评审和抽样活动、检测中的记录和报告活动，以及检测后的不合格报告控制和客户投诉申诉管理等环节，进行质量控制工作。同时，环亚公司对检测全过程进行监督并对检测结果进行验证。自2013年环亚公司实施检测质量控制以来，无重大质量责任事故发生，无客户投诉，在参加天津市检测协会组织的室内环境甲醛含量检测全市实验室比对中，结果为满意；并在相关主管部门组织的专家检查中，均为满意；为其他检测机构进行质量控制提供借鉴样本。
英文摘要：	The quality of the housing construction relies on testing the using materials and components to infer, so it is critical for the testing data accuracy. How to control the quality of housing construction engineering testing, to ensure the accuracy and the reliability of the test data, is the major issue with many employees in building testing lab. This paper meanly studies the quality control activities in Huanya Company testing work, using the theory of total quality management and quality control perspective in "Juran Trilogy", to ensure the testing data and results accurate and reliable. Based on the review of philosophies of quality management gurus, the theory of total quality management and laboratory standards, this paper analysis of the testing industry characteristics and quality problems in Huanya Company, discusses the key factors affecting the testing quality and key links in testing process, improves the ways and methods of Huanya Company quality control, key form factors and process two aspects. On the key factors aspect, Huanya Company controls the quality of personnel, equipment, detection method, traceability and testing environmental; on the key links in process aspect, Huanya Company controls the contract evaluation and sampling activites before testing, recording and reporting activities in testing, and the unqualified report control and customer complaint management activities after testing. At the same time, Huanya Company supervise the whole process of test and verify the test results. After the Huanya Company implemented quality control in 2013, no major quality accidents happened, no customer complaint happened; the result is satisfactory in contrling esperiment expert examination. It provides reference sample for other testing organizations.
