中文摘要：	互联网的发展使得现代社会逐渐依赖社交网站进行交往，新浪微博作为国 内用户最多最为流行的社交网络平台，不仅对人的交流方式也会人们的人际关 系造成了很大的影响。微博的草根性也使得微博的适用范围极其广泛，上到国 家领导和国家部门，下到弱势群体如农民工群体。农民工问题一直都是各领域 研究者包括社会网络研究者研究的重点，他们是城市的边缘人员，地位低、薪 资少，需要更多政府和社会的支持和帮助。同时，农民工从家乡到陌生的城市 求生存，对城市环境的不适应造成的社会认同感和社会融入感低，与原有的朋 友网络隔离使得他们的社会网络造成了很大的改变。农民工想要在城市里更好 的发展，不仅需要政府的支持和帮助，更需要的是自身建立起强大的社会关系 网络对其进行更方面的支持。微博平台相当于一个虚拟社会，农民工在微博平 台的社会网络成为新的社会网络研究重点。 本文综合使用网络计量法、内容分析法和社会网络分析方法，全面的研究 了和分析普通农民工“深圳女工”为核心行动者在新浪微博上形成的个体网和 2-步局域网，将网络分为转发网、评论和回复网存在两种信息流动的网络，并 根据这两种网络确定了最终的好友网，首先对“深圳女工”微博进行了内容分 析和网络的好友阶层分析，其次对三种网络的中心性和密度进行了相近的对比 和分析，挖掘出网络中的特性和规律。
英文摘要：	Developmentofthe Internet makesmodernsociety increasingly dependenton socialnetworkingsitesto interact. As the most popular social networking platform,Weibo not only impacts the way people communicate bu talso the relationships among people. Microblogging’s Grassrootsalso makesthe scope of the impact extremely widefrom the national leadership down to vulnerable groups such as migrantworkers.Issue of migrant workers has been a focus of researcherin various fields, including social networking researchers. Theyarethe city'sedgepersonnel, have low status,andlow wages,governmentandsociety needsupport morehelp. Meanwhile,migrantworkerscometo cityto survive,they haveto adaptthe urban environment whichcause problemsbya low sense ofsocial identity and social integration.The isolation of friends makes their social networks a significant change. Migrant workers want better developmentin the city, not only need government support but also the strong support of their socia lnetwork. Microblogging platforms equivalent of a virtual community, migrantworkersin the social networking microblogging platform has become the focus of a new social network research field. In this paper,Iuseintegrated method such as content analysis ands ocialnetwork analysis to studythe ordinary migrant workers’ social network on weibo.I construct microblogging network, and 2 - step network. Accordingto the two kinds of information flow networks, I determinethe final centralfriends network.Then I analyze the nature of the networks to digging out deep laws and characteristics.
