| 中文摘要: | 本文以项目质量管理的相关理论为基础,采用结合专业期刊等文献分析、专家访谈、历年工程公司项目出现问题回顾的研究方法。首先总结近几年公司项目现场巡查和之前发生过的机泵质量问题,由机泵室成员提炼出共性的问题,思考发生这些质量问题的原因,分析讨论导致这些质量事件发生的因素,拟定影响机泵专业设计工作质量的诸多因素,采用“德尔菲”方法找出其中的关键因素,对关键因素进行分类研究和尝试找出关键因素的控制方法,并在唐山中浩总承包项目中应用,总结经验和不足之处。好的经验为今后所用,帮助公司节约成本和减少设计质量问题的出现,帮助业主节约机泵全生命周期成本;不足之处将在今后的项目中继续应用研究,持续改进。论文的研究成果体现在:已初步总结出机泵专业设计工作的主要质量影响因素和控制方法,其中的部分经验已形成公司级的基础工作并用于指导今后本专业的项目运作。本文以唐山中浩总承包项目为第一个案例应用项目,在请购、技术评标、采购、检验和现场阶段应用并收到了显著的效果,达到了本文研究的目的,收到了业主和天辰公司项目经理的高度赞扬。论文的阶段性研究成果必将有助于机泵专业今后突破设计工作质量管理的瓶颈,有助于员工减少质量问题的出现,极大地丰富和提高了天辰公司机泵专业设计工作管理的内容和水平,也可以在其他项目中进行推广应用,同时可作为公司其他专业的借鉴,帮助天辰公司提高核心竞争力,对今后天辰公司提高项目市场份额发挥积极的推动作用。论文的主要创新点在于:了解到中国化学集团公司的其他兄弟工程公司未采用过“德尔菲”方法对机泵设计工作的质量影响因素加以分析,天辰公司机泵室开创了专业设计工作质量控制的先河,如参与公司项目的其他设计专业都开展此类的研究,相信公司项目整体的质量控制将会有显著的提升。通过唐山项目工程实例的应用,为研究结论提供了有力的支撑。更多的质量控制方法需通过一代代的设计人员不断总结,持续改进。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In this thesis, based on the relevant theories of project quality management, combining the reserch methods of professional journals, expert interviews, remind on engineering company’s quality mistakes. First, the machinary pump quality problem of on-site and former company projects in recent years are summarized, pump team staff submit problems, think about what is the reasons of these quality problems, then discuss the factors, proposed a number of factors affecting the machinary pump quality, using the method of "Delphi" to find out the key factors, the classification study on the key factors and try to find out the control methods of these key factors. Applying these control methods in Tangshan Zhonghao project and suming up experience and deficiencies. Good experiences for the future, helping the company save costs and reduce the emergences of quality problems, helping the owner save the total life time costs. Shortcomings will be studied in future projects, continuing to application research and improvement. The study results of this thesis: the factors influencing the quality of the machinery pump design work and control methods have preliminarily summed up, some is used to guide future work and formed the basis work in company. The standpoints are first applied in Tangshan Zhonghao EPC project, a significant effect and this thesis researching aid are received in phase of requisition, TBE, purchasing, inspection and on-site, this thesis’ goal is achieved and the project work is highly prized by the project manager of owner and TCC. The stage results of this thesis have helped rotating equipment discipline break the bottleneck of quality management, helped staff to reduce quality problems, and be applied in other projects. At the same time, other disciplines can learn from it. It can help TCC enhance the core competitiveness and play an active role in improving market share. Main innovation point of this thesis is: the "Delphi" method is not applicated in analysing machinary pump design work quality of other brothers company in China chemical group co., LTD, TCC machinary pump team created related design work quality control firstly; if other diciplines in TCC can do the same control method studies, the company overall project quality control will have a more significant effect. Through the application of Tangshan Zhonghao project, it can provide powerful supports for this thesis conclusion. Some more quality control methods need some generations of designers continuously review and sum up, continuous improvement. | |
