中文摘要：	本论文旨在运用项目时间管理知识解决企业实际问题,在有限的时间内实现项目目标,对集团公司有着实际的意义。建设海外贸易平台的长远目的是为了优化集团公司大宗原料供应链，建立集团发展大贸易的海外平台，发挥集团整体优势，节约融资成本，综合利用国内外市场和资源，实现集团公司“走出去”和“引进来”战略。由于集团子公司的实际需要，在有限的时间内完成海外贸易平台的建设，以及快速进入正常运营状态，对集团公司来讲十分重要。 本论文着力将项目时间管理的知识、技能、工具和技术应用于项目活动，以满足项目的要求。要求项目团队选择适用的过程和方法，平衡好项目其他领域目标与项目时间进度要求的关系，顺利实现项目的目标。本文首先对项目时间管理的相关理论进行了回顾，同时回顾了涉及到的项目管理其他领域知识理论，包括项目决策管理、组织管理、范围管理、成本管理理论，为后文的具体项目研究提供了理论支持；然后引出了渤化集团海外贸易平台建设项目，对该项目进行了独特性分析，剖析了该项目背景、现状，特性以及存在问题，介绍了影响该项目实现项目时间管理目标的主要因素，结合有效的项目时间管理方法，对项目时间管理进行深入分析，并得出结论。本文应用了文献研究法、比较研究法和案例研究法，对项目时间管理理论和方法加以总结，对渤化集团海外贸易平台建设项目的项目时间管理进行案例研究，针对该项目的项目特点，综合运用各种项目时间管理工具和方法，对其他类似项目的时间管理有一定的借鉴作用。
英文摘要：	The thesis uses the knowledge of project time management to solve the real problems of the company, make the objectives come true within the limited time, which is meanful for the company. The long-term aim of constructing the overseas trade platform is to optimize the bulk material supply chain of BCIG, build a overseas platform of the integral trade, play the group’s overall advantage, save the financing costs, utilize the domestic and international markets and resources to achieve the strategies of “going out” and “bringing in”. Since the actual needs of the subsidiaries of the group, completing the project successful within a limited time is crucial for BCIG. The thesis focus on the application of knowledge, skills and technologies to the project activities, satisfies the requirement of the project. It asks the project team to choose the proper processes and methods, well balance the relationship between the other areas of project management with the time management, then obtain the project objectives. First, the related theories of time management in project management are reviewed, at the same time , other related modern project management theories are also reviewed, including decision management, organization management, scope management and cost management. The reviews of the related theories of the project management can greatly support the content behind; then the thesis refers into the project, analysizes the uniqueness, the background, present situation, characteristics and the problems, introduces the major factors influencing the project time management, combines with effective methods, and analysizes deeply, finally, makes a conclusion. It applies some methods, such as literature study, comparison study and case study. It sums up the theories and methods of project time management, makes case study, uses many kinds of the tools and methods of time management, makes careful analysis, has some reference value in some related areas.
