中文摘要：	本文采用文献分析、系统设计、实验验证、数据分析的方法，力争通过研究找到影响高端卷烟生产线项目产品质量的所有因素及影响产品质量的工艺指标，并对其中关键因素及工艺指标进行研究，找到关键因素及指标的控制方法，研究创建适合高端卷烟质量管理方法，最终达到提高高端卷烟生产线项目产品质量的目的，减少高端产品质量问题的出现，使卷烟工业公司经济效益得到突破，提高公司的卷烟产品知名度及市场占有率。本文的研究成果体现在：本文通过分析研究及实验验证找到了影响高端卷烟生产线产品质量的所有因素，通过PDCA方法对影响卷烟产品质量的关键因素进行逐项完善，通过工艺参数优化来控制影响产品质量的关键因素，并以较完善的质量管理方法来提高端卷烟生产线的产品质量。因此，本文重点研究了针对高端卷烟产品的高效、实用的质量管理方法，将研究完善的质量管理方法应用于山东中烟公司泰山精品线项目中进行案例研究，证明了本文所研究的质量管理方法对于提高高端卷烟产品质量确实有明显的效果，这将有助于高端卷烟生产线质量管理方法在公司下属企业及行业内推广应用。本文的主要创新点在于：本文通过系统方法找出了影响高端卷烟生产线项目产品质量的关键因素和需重点控制的工艺指标，建立了高端卷烟质量管理体系，形成一整套针对高端卷烟产品质量管理的方法；本文提出了利用信息化手段来时时监制和分析高端卷烟生产线影响产品质量关键指标的方法，及时发现质量问题，及时纠偏，做到产品质量的持续改进；本文将高端卷烟生产线项目质量管理方法应用于山东中烟青岛卷烟厂泰山精品线项目进行案例研究，通过公司多个高端卷烟规格的实例应用效果分析，研究结论提供了有力的支撑。
英文摘要：	Using the literature analysis, system design, experiment, data analysis, the artical strives to find out all the factors affecting the quality of high-end cigarette production project and the process index. On the base of study the key factors and process index, to find the key factors and index of the control method, create suitable for high-end cigarette quality management methods, and finally improve the high-end cigarette production line project of the quality of the product, reduce the quality problems of high-end products. So the cigarette industrial company can breakthrough his economic benefits, improve cigarette product visibility and occupation rate of market. The research results of the thesis is finding all the factors that affecting the high-end cigarette production line of product quality through analysis and experimental verification, perfecting all the key factors affecting the quality of cigarette products item by item by the method of PDCA, through optimizing process parameters to control the key factors affecting the quality of the products, and to the quality management method more perfect to improve the end product quality in the production line of cigarette. Therefore, the thesis focuses on the high-end cigarette products, practical and efficient method of quality management. Using the research and application of quality management method to improve the case study on Shandong tobacco company Taishan boutique line project, the thesis proves the quality management method mentioned in this paper has obvious effect to improve the high-end quality of cigarette products, which will contribute to the high-end cigarette production line quality control to the company and within the industry application. The main innovation of the thesis is finding out the key factors influencing the project of high-end cigarette production and technical index of key control, establishing management system of the high-end cigarette quality, forming a set of methods for quality management of high-end cigarette products. The thesis puts forward a method of using information technology to every producer and analysis the high-end cigarette production line affect the quality of the product key indicators, timely found quality problems, timely corrective, make continuous improvement of product quality. In the thesis, the case of study the application of quality management method of high-end cigarette production line project in Shandong Qingdao cigarette factory Taishan boutique line project, through the example application effect of company a number of high-end cigarette size analysis, provides a strong support for the conclusion of the study.
