中文摘要：	期刊出版工作是我国出版事业和科技工作的重要组成部分，期刊质量就是期刊的生命，是决定期刊能否生存和发展的最重要因素，有效的保证和提高期刊质量是期刊出版人员的重要研究课题。每一期的期刊出版工作本身就是一个项目，具有唯一性、工作实施的一次性及工作结果的不可逆性的特点。为了有效提高期刊的整体质量水平，可以参考项目质量管理的理论和方法，进行质量策划、质量控制、建立质量反馈与评价机制，对期刊的每一期从选题到最终出版的全过程进行质量监督和管理。 本文基于期刊的生产过程，运用现代管理方法和管理工具，对期刊质量进行系统研究，建立科学、合理、适用的期刊质量控制体系，为促进期刊质量的实质性提升提供借鉴，具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。首先介绍论文研究背景，分析本论文研究的目的及实践意义。其次对文章的基础理论和思路作了基本介绍，然后描述影响期刊质量的因素，以及相应的质量控制方法和对策。随后以A期刊为案例分析，印证质量控制的有效性。以A期刊为例分析了我国期刊出版的质量管理现状，结合项目质量管理知识从项目管理视角阐述了期刊的质量评价标准、质量控制方法、编辑出版过程中各个环节的质量控制工作，以及与期刊出版工作相关的问题。最后给出结论和进一步研究的建议，指出本文研究的不足之处，并提出进一步研究的内容与方向。 在本文的研究过程中，借鉴已有的研究成果，深入探讨基于过程的期刊质量控制理论，在此基础上提出科学的质量管理方法，使文章在实践中具有一定的指导意义。本篇论文的创新性主要体现在建立了项目管理视角的期刊质量管理体系，指出了期刊出版质量管理应该关注的关键环节，近而为其他期刊质量管理提供一些可供参考的意见或建议。
英文摘要：	Periodical publishing is one crucial component part of the publishing enterprise as well as the scientific work. Quality is life, so effectively guarantee and improve the quality of periodical is one significant research topic for periodical publishers. Publishing activities of each periodical issue can manage as a project. In order to improve periodical quality level effectively, the qualities of project process for selected subjects to final publication should be controlled and managed by the theory and method of project quality management. This paper based on production process of journal, through system studies on quality of academic journals in science and technology, the use of modern management methods and management tools, this paper sets up a scientific, reasonable, applied science and technology academic journal quality control system in order to provide reference for promoting quality. It has important theoretical significance and practical value. First introduced the study background and also analyzed the purpose and its significance of this research in practice, Secondly, it gave a brief instruction on the basic theory and thinking, then it listed the factors affecting the quality of a periodical and gave corresponding quality control countermeasures. The case study on A in this paper conclude the effectiveness of quality control. This paper analyzed the present situation of quality management of China's periodical publishing with the example of A. Meanwhile, combined with project quality management knowledge, this paper focus on the following subjects: the standards for periodical evaluation, periodical quality control methods, quality control on each link during a publishing process, as well as some related topics about periodical publishing. Finally, the paper points out shortcomings of this study, and proposed the content and direction for further research. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the establishment of the periodical quality control system from the view of project management, as well as pointing out the key link of the quality control in the periodical publishing. So this research will provide some reference opinions or suggestions for other periodicals’ quality control.
