中文摘要：	建设工程项目具有投资大、工期长、施工难度高、工程参与主体多的特点；随着我国经济的高速发展、国内国际环境的不断变化，参与建设项目的各方都可能或多或少地面临各种各样的风险，所以对整个工程进行风险控制管理是很有必要的；否则，不可预见的风险会给工程带来巨大损失。因此，我们应从理论上和实践方面对风险控制管理加以重视。本文首先介绍了论文选题背景，国内、外风险管理的研究现状，论文的结构以及主要的研究方法；然后从理论上概括了风险及风险管理的基本内容，从而引出了建设工程项目风险管理的概念；最后介绍了新建天津电子信息职业技术学院工程项目的情况，并针对此项目在建设过程中的风险管理进行具体阐述。 在该项目风险识别的研究中，本文先介绍了建筑施工项目风险识别、风险评估、风险应对的理论知识，然后对本项目建设期的风险进行识别和评估，针对承包商自身的风险、来自业主的风险、来自工程其他参与方的风险、来自外部环境的风险，通过专家问卷调查法形成了针对本工程这几方面较为详细的风险因素列表，各风险因素对本项目的综合影响指数列表。然后根据风险评估的结果，针对本项目建设期面临的各种风险因素，提出了风险回避、控制、自留和转移等风险应对措施。通过有效的风险管理，使项目施工按照计划进行，减少本项目风险的危害程度，从而实现工程项目施工的管理目标。本文在工程项目风险管理理论探讨的基础上，结合工程项目实例，对实际工作中是如何进行风险的识别，评估以及相应的应对措施进行阐述；对增强工程项目风险管理意识，提高工程项目参与者的风险管理水平，都具有现实意义。并为类似建筑工程施工项目在风险管理问题的研究和应用中提供一个参考。
英文摘要：	Construction projects have the characteristics of large investment, long construction period, big construction difficulty and a large number of participants．Along with the rapid development of Chinese economy, the constant changes of the domestic and international environment. The participants involved in the construction may be more or less facing a variety of risks, so it is necessary to do risk control management in the whole project. Or more unpredictable risks will take big loss to project. So we should pay more attention on the risk control management in theory and practice. Firstly, the paper introduces the background and research status at home and abroad, the structure of the paper and the main research method; then it outlines the theoretical risk and the basic elements of risk management, which leads to the concept of construction project risk management; Finally, To introduce the situation of the new project of Tianjin Vocational College of Electronic Information, and elaborate in details of the risk management in the construction process. In the research of the project risk identification, the paper first introduces the theoretical knowledge of construction project risk identification, risk assessment, risk response, and then identify and assess the risk of the actual project construction period, according to the Contractor's own risk, from the owners of the risk, from other participants in the project, from the external environment risk, the formation of the project the risk factors detailed list by the expert investigation method of the questionnaire, and the risk factors in the project index list. Then based on the results of risk assessment, the various risk factors facing the project construction period, put forward the risk avoidance, control, retention, transfer and other risk method. The effective risk management can start the plan of project construction in schedule; and reduce the damage degree of the project risk, then to performance management objectives. The paper, based on theoretical studies on the construction project risk management and combined with the actual construction project, elaborate how to identify the risk, evaluate the risk and do responses to the risk; which has a practical significance to enhance the architectural engineering project risk prevention awareness, improve the construction project participant's risk management level, and for the similar construction projects construction engineering research and application in the risk management problem provides a reference
