中文摘要: | 随着全球经济一体化的进程,信息的全球性发展,教育教学资源也在一体化的进程中,不断地相互交流、融合。为了使优秀的教育教学资源得到良好的整合,国际教育的合作也营运而生。而代表各国教育先锋的高校教育模式,也在这样的大潮中,不断地加强彼此间的合作。我国随着加入WTO之后,更广泛的参与国际间各类竞争,教育也是其中一个重要环节。为了使我国高等教育能适应国际竞争的环境,能与国际教育形式顺利接轨,高校中外合作办学项目势在必行,也是推动我国教育国际化的重要步骤之一。如何正确的利用国际优良的教育教学模式,教学理念以及良好的师资力量,来完善我国的教育模式,为培养国际型人才打下良好的基础,是我们参与到合作办学项目中的根本目的。 在高校中外合作办学项目中,我们会遇到很多问题,在项目的沟通上,由于文化的差异性,我们会直接接触到跨文化给我们的教育合作项目带来的冲击。而如何化解这样的冲击,是我们跨文化沟通管理的重要课题。在项目沟通管理以及项目跨文化沟通管理基本理论进行梳理的前提下通过对高校中外合作办学项目的运行现状,以及我国高等教育在国际竞争环境中所面临的机遇和挑战,分析了跨文化沟通管理重要性。结合中西文化的差异性比较,分析了跨文化沟通管理中文化对接、文化距离以及习惯与传统在沟通中所产生的冲突等特点进行逐一分析。并针对这些特点在跨文化沟通中的地位进行进一步探究,深入比较中西文化的差异、冲突、以及文化的融合,由此得出了相关的解决方案:跨文化沟通中的相互尊重,增进不同社会形态的相互融入,以及激励成员以增进团队的凝聚力等,分析了跨文化沟通管理的影响因素以及问题所在。 在对某高校CGA合作项目跨文化沟通管理经验的分析,以及跨文化沟通管理在实际案例中问题的解决,进一步印证了跨文化沟通管理在高校中外合作项目中的实用性和可操作性。 | |
英文摘要: | With the process of global economic integration, the global development of information, education and teaching resources are also in the process of integration, constantly exchange and fusion. In order to make excellent education resources get good integration, international education cooperation operating born. The pattern of higher education and national education pioneer, also in this tide, continue to strengthen the cooperation between each other. After China joins WTO, more widely participate in international competitions; education is one of the important points. In order to make the Chinese higher education can adapt to international competition environment, integrate smoothly with the international education, Sino-foreign cooperation in education projects must be enforced, also is a important step to promote the internationalization of Chinese education. How the international excellent education teaching mode, use the correct teaching idea, as well as good teachers, to improve our education, to cultivate international talents lay a good foundation, we are involved in the fundamental purpose of cooperative education program in. In Sino-foreign cooperation in education projects, we will encounter many problems, in the project's communication, because of cultural differences, we come into direct contact with cross culture brings to our education cooperation project impact. How to resolve such impact is an important topic in our cross-cultural communication management. In this paper, by running status on the Sino-foreign cooperation in education projects, as well as our country higher education faces in the international competition environment, opportunities and challenges. Because of the differences with Chinese and Western culture comparison, analysis of the impact of cross-cultural communication management problems. Based on these characteristics in cross cultural communication status for further in-depth inquiry, comparison, the conflict between Chinese and Western culture, and the cultural integration, thus the solution: mutual respect in cross cultural communication, mutual integration into the different form of society, and encourage members to enhance the team cohesion, analysis of the impact of cross-cultural communication management factors and problems.
