| 中文摘要: | 当今许多的企业组织都竞相采用国际标准的质量管理体系认证来进行质量管理。有一些企业在实施后取得了很好的管理成效,然而更多的企业在实施后仅仅是形成了一套标准化文件,其整体的质量管理水平和绩效并没有太大改善。 软件是一种特殊的无形的智慧凝聚型产品,对质量的要求和控制比常规产品要困难得多。TI软件公司是一家在近20年来始终坚持标准化质量管理的软件研发企业。本文以TI软件公司在实施标准化质量管理中存在的若干问题为研究对象,通过文献总结、理论应用以及案例分析的方法,从工程和项目管理的多维度、多视角出发,运用层次分析法,对软件产品的质量管理和软件项目管理过程中标准化文件的有效性、质量管理体系过程的有效性及体系认证的有效性进行了梳理和分析。找出标准化质量管理过程中有效性不足的方面及背后的实质原因,并对症下药,针对各个具体的问题,提出可行的解决方法和策略,并试图将解决方法一般化,为其他有着类似背景或问题的软件企业在实施标准化质量管理过程时提供参考。 通过对案例的相关研究分析后可以发现,TI软件公司标准化质量管理中企业文化创新不足、员工质量意识薄弱、过程管理僵化、管理工具落后等问题比较显著。本研究通过深入分析,最终提出了在企业文化上树立质量价值观、在员工意识上开展全体质量教育、在流程管理中融合新的软件工程方法以及运用新的管理工具四大策略来解决以上提及的问题。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Many of today's enterprises adopt quality management system certification using international standards for quality management. Some enterprises have achieved management very well in the implementation, however, more and more enterprises in the implementation is only formed a set of standardized documents, the overall level of quality management and performance has not improved much. Software is a kind of special intangible wisdom agglomerate type products, the quality requirement and control than conventional products much more difficult. TI is a software company insists on the standardization of quality management in the past 20 years of software development companies. Some problems based on the TI software company in the implementation of standardized quality management as the object of study, through the literature review, theoretical analysis and case application, starting from multi dimension, engineering and project management of the multi angle, effective certification validity and system process effectiveness, quality management system of standard quality management system products and software project management process of the documents were sorted and analyzed. The real reason, the lack of effective identify standard quality management process and back and an antidote against the disease, according to the specific problems, propose solutions and strategies, and try to solve the general method, as the other had provides reference to similar background or the problem of software enterprises in the implementation of standardized quality management process. Through the description of the case can be found, standardization of quality management in TI’s company, the innovation of enterprise culture the staff quality consciousness weak, process management, management tools lag behind rigid significantly. In this study, through in-depth analysis, finally puts forward to establish the quality values, in the awareness of staff on the quality education, the new software engineering methods fusion in process management and the use of new management tool for the four strategies to solve the above mentioned problems in corporate culture. | |
