中文摘要:采购与供应管理是企业成为行业领导者和取得竞争优势的重要因素之一。随着经济全球化和竞争国际化的发展,企业面临着越来越严峻的资源和市场竞争。企业亟需整合内外部资源,使资源得到有效利用以提升自身的竞争力。诸多企业成功的案例证明采购与供应管理不仅仅是获取、供应原材料这一职能,采购与供应管理更应该成为企业战略决策的重要组成部分甚至成为企业战略发展的核心。企业越来越重视采购与供应管理,不断实践适合自身发展的采购与供应管理的方法。采购与供应管理的目的在于保证物料及时交付、生产的顺利进行、实现产品成本降低,创造一个高效的供应链。本文以N公司为背景重点分析了N公司的现状和采购与供应管理环节存在的问题。分别从ERP物料的国内采购物料和国外采购物料以及MRO物料进行分析,找出问题所在。以集中采购、分散采购理论为依据,提出N公司需要采用集中采购和分散采购混合的采购模式来整合企业内外部资源,以达到快速交付和降低成本的目标。以供应商管理理论为依据,提出根据ERP物料内外部供应商的不同特点对供应商进行管理,根据不同类别的MRO物料对供应商进行管理,同时提出对战略供应商的管理。以库存管理理论为依据,提出将ERP物料分类后进行不同程度的库存管理,将MRO物料库存管理信息化等。本文的创新之处在于:首先,梳理了N公司的采购与供应管理现状,从而发现了跨国汽车零部件供应商采购与供应管理环节普遍存在的问题以及亟需改善的需求。其次,在对N公司的采购模式上,提出将集中采购和分散采购混合的模式来降低采购成本,呆滞物料的思想。采购与供应管理理论会随着企业管理水平的提高而完善,而采购与供应管理的实践在不同的企业也会有所不同。本文是从采购模式、供应商管理和库存管理角度分析N公司的采购与供应管理环节,希望对类似企业有所帮助。 
英文摘要:Purchasing & supply management is one of the most important factors that make enterprises become the industry leaders and gain the competitive advantage. Enterprises are facing the severe competition of resource and market with the development of international competition and economic globalization. Enterprises need to enhance their competitiveness by integrating their internal and external resources to get effective use of them. Many successful enterprises examples proved that purchasing & supply management is not only the function of getting and supplying materials, but also an important part of the strategic decision of enterprises. It is even becoming the core of enterprises’ strategic development. The enterprises pay more attention on purchasing & supply management and keep practicing the suitable management method of purchasing & supply management. The purpose of purchasing & supply management is creating a high efficient supply chain, ensuring timely delivery, keeping smoothly production and making cost down. This thesis takes N company as background. It analyzes N company’s current status and the problems in its purchasing & supply management. It finds and analyzes problems from domestic purchasing ERP materials, international purchasing ERP materials and MRO materials. According to the theory of centralized purchasing & decentralized purchasing, it proposes N company needs a mixture purchasing model of centralized purchasing and decentralized purchasing to integrate its internal and external resources so that N company can get the goal of quick delivery and cost down. According to the supplier management theory, it proposes N company should manage its suppliers according to the different features of its internal & external suppliers and the different features of MRO materials. Meanwhile, it proposes the management of strategy suppliers. According to the inventory management theory, it proposes N company should manage ERP materials in different degrees after the classification and take MRO materials’ inventory management into ERP system. The innovation of this thesis are: firstly, it analyzes the current purchasing & supply management status of N company and finds the common problems in multinational auto components suppliers’ purchasing & supply management. Secondly, it proposes N company should decrease its purchasing cost and inactive stock by adapting a mixture purchasing model of centralized purchasing & decentralized purchasing. The theory of purchasing & supply management will improve as the improvement of business management level. The actual purchasing & supply management is different in different enterprises. This thesis analyzes purchasing & supply management of N company from the view of purchasing mode, supplier management and inventory management. It has the reference value for the similar enterprises.
