| 中文摘要: | 随着科学和信息技术的快速发展,世界各国的工业水平和制造业规模都在迅猛提升中。企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。如何提高用户满意度,加强成本控制和解决产品积压等诸多问题已摆在大多数企业领导面前。 精益生产理念一直是备受企业推崇的管理之道。精益生产方式是以快速满足顾客需求为目标,追求低成本、准时化的生产方式,它能提高企业的市场竞争能力,充分挖掘企业的潜力并形成竞争优势。因而非常适合需要通过内部挖潜来寻求发展的企业。但是,精益理念的应用在国内还面临许多问题。因此,本文旨在通过对所选企业的研究给相关企业提供一些参考和启发。 本文以风电企业VMT工厂为例,阐述了工厂根据其自身特点实施精益生产的过程。首先提出本课题研究的背景和意义,介绍了精益生产在国内外的应用情况,阐述了精益生产的理论和系统结构。然后对VMT工厂生产管理现况进行了介绍,从需求预测、工艺流程、库存管理、现场管理几个方面入手,揭示工厂生产管理存在的问题和不足,找出需要改善的地方。进一步基于精益生产理念,分别针对上述问题提出了改进方案,并进行了改进前后的效果分析。文章最后一部分对论文的研究内容进行了总结和展望。 本文力求将精益生产理论与工厂生产实践相结合。以理论指导实践,在实践的基础上加深对理论的研究和探索,为处于变革中的大型跨国公司更好的解决类似问题进行一次有益的尝试。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of science and information technology, the level of industrial and manufacturing scale all over the world in rapid ascension. The competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce. How to improve customer satisfaction, strengthen cost control and solve the problem of product backlog, so many problems lie ahead of most corporate leaders. Lean production is very popular among enterprise by meet customer demand quickly, reduce cost, ensure on time delivery. It can improve the market competition ability of enterprises, fully tap the potential of enterprise and form a competitive advantage. Therefore it’s very suitable for improving enterprises that want to seek their potential competency. However, the concept of lean application in domestic still faces many problems. So, the purpose of this paper is to through the study of the selected company to provide some reference and inspiration to related enterprises. Based on VMT wind power factory as an example, this paper expounds the factory of the implementation of lean production process according to its characteristics. Firstly, proposed research background and significance, introduces the application of lean production at home and abroad, elaborate the principle and structure of Lean Production. Secondly, introduces VMT factory current production situation. Reveal production management problems and deficiencies from demand forecast, process flow, and inventory management and on site management aspects. Thirdly, based on lean production theory, provide solutions according to the above problems. Then analyze the improvement result. Finally, make summary and expectation. This paper combined the lean production theory and production practice. Let theory to guide practice, through practice to deepen the theoretical research. Hope large multinational companies who have the similar issues can take some benefit from it. | |
