中文摘要: | 城中村是深圳改革开放以来,出现的一个特殊的历史问题。为特区的经济发展建设做出了重大贡献,也取得了一定的经济效益。近年来,随着市场经济的不断飞速发展,以及相关产业结构的调整,以前的经营模式、产业结构布局不够合理,发展也不平衡,生产规模和生产能力不强。经营渠道、营销渠道不畅等问题尤为突出,随着深圳市走向国际化大都市的发展步伐,我们出现了越来越多的经营困惑问题,需要不断进行大规模的市场经营运作,在这种竞争日益加剧的情况下,研究、制定恰当的转型发展规划部署,对深圳市田面实业股份有限公司的成长发展具有举足轻重的作用。本文研究概括回顾了发展转型管理理论和方法,以此为分析工具整理了深圳市田面实业股份有限公司的发展概况和相关能力基础,归纳并阐述了面临的政治、经济、社会、历史遗留问题,并对社会文化和环境要素进行分析,详细剖析了我们公司的外部因素、内部因素、以及SWOT的分析,我们面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,在此基础上从多方面、多层次提出并阐述了深圳市田面实业股份有限公司,产业化发展转型的规划,在此基础上,进而提出推进发展转型的实施措施和相应的保障措施。本文通过深圳市田面实业股份有限公司提出的历史背景,社会环境,分析自身的优势、存在的问题,我们认为要实现发展转型升级改造必须结合自身的经营、发展规划、要加快资源整合、优化产业结构调整、打造现代化产业链和经营网络体系,必须落实资金、科技和人才培养,努力实现规模化、组织化的转型发展。高屋建瓴的制定了公司的转型发展,结合实际情况,从不同层面,较为详细提出了一系列实现发展转型研究的对策及实际操作措施。同时指出深圳市田面实业股份有限公司可以进一步转型发展的方向,为相关的城中村的改造,进行借鉴与参考,让他们少走弯路,节约资金,开源节流,具有很强的指导性和操作性。 | |
