| 中文摘要: | 随着全球经济一体化的发展,多式联运与综合物流服务需求量日益增加,国际运输已进入综合物流时代,因此国际集装箱多式联运已成为集装箱运输的发展方向。我国于 21 世纪初开始了内陆无水港的理论和实践探索。目前,有许多城市尤其是内陆城市纷纷把发展陆港经济区作为重点发展产业。通过近几年的发展,国内已经运营和正在规划建设的陆港大约有50多个。 银川陆港物流公司隶属于中国外运长航集团有限公司,是响应国务院及宁夏自治区发展西北经济的号召,与银川经济技术开发区合作成立,共同建设自治区和银川市“十一五”发展规划的重点工程——银川陆路口岸项目。银川陆港物流公司想要在陆港行业占有一席之地必须把握当前陆港行业发展近况,熟知国家政策,掌握市场格局,不断创新发展自身的经营业务,保持竞争优势。 本文在对国内外内部控制体系研究现状,以及对“无水港”理论进行详细研究的基础上,首先从公司的内部环境和外部环境的角度上分析了公司的优势和劣势,机遇和风险,做了SWOT分析并阐述了战略方案。在SWOT矩阵的基础上论述了银川陆港公司的主营业务发展规划,并分析了其两个竞争对手宁夏陆港物流有限公司和宁夏港通国际物流有限公司的优劣势以及阐述了相对于竞争对手存在的优势。针对银川陆港物流公司的主营业务及发展规划,本文提出了主动出击策略;寻求政策支持策略;市场策略;合作化策略;完善集装箱运输体系策略和信息化策略。最后论述了保证公司竞争战略实施的保障。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of global economic integration,the intermodal transport and the increasing demand for integrated logistics services ,integrated logistics and international transport has entered the era ,the international intermodal container has become the development direction of the container transport. Country in the early 2000s began to research on the inland port in theory and practice. Currently,there are many cities have put the development of dry ports as a key economic zone development industry . China is already operational and is planning the construction of the dry port there are about 50. Yinchuan Sinotrans Inland Port Logistics Ltd. under Sinotrans Group Company Limited,is a response to the development of the State Council and the Ningxia autonomous region called the Northwest economy ,Yinchuan Economic and Technological Development Zone in cooperation with the establishment of the autonomous region and Yinchuan City to build the "Eleventh Five-Year" key project development plan - Yinchuan land crossings projects. Yinchuan Miss Hong Kong company wants a place in the Miss Hong Kong industry must grasp the current situation of the development of dry ports industry ,familiar with national policy ,the market structure,continuous innovation to develop their own business ,maintain a competitive advantage . Based on the study of the internal control system home and abroad ,as well as " dry port " for detailed research on the theory ,first from the perspective of the company's internal and external environment on the analysis of the company's strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and risks do a SWOT analysis and elaborated a strategic plan. On the basis of the SWOT matrix discussed Yinchuan Inland Port Logistics Company's main business development planning,and analysis of its two competitors Ningxia Inland Port Logistics Limited and Gang Tong International Logistics Co.,Ltd. and describes the advantages and disadvantages relative to the competition rival existing advantages. Yinchuan strategic choice for the competition on the mainland to Gang Tong Companies proposed proactive strategy;seek policy support strategies; market strategy; Cooperative strategies;perfect container transport system strategy and information technology strategy. Finally,discusses the company's competitive safeguards to ensure that implementation of the strategy . | |
