中文摘要:随着社会的发展和消费者意识的增强,企业间的竞争已经不再局限于产品质量和数量的竞争,而是扩大到对消费市场的竞争。因此,如何快速、有效的为顾客提供产品和服务,同时创造和维持更多的顾客,已日益引起企业的关注。备件的作用也正在于此,它一方面可以保证企业持续正常运作,为顾客提供满意的产品;另一方面能够用于售后服务,以维持较高的售后服务水平和顾客满意度。因此,大多数企业都愿意存储备件,但是,一旦存储备件,企业就会发现在备件管理过程中存在着一系列的问题,如备件库存量大、占用资金多、储备量与需求不匹配、备件贬值风险大等。 在以往供应链管理的研究文献中,信息流被看作驱动供应链网络运作的主要动力,并且信息共享作为信息流管理的重要内容,已经被公认为降低节点之间的交易成本、提高供应链网络的反应速度、增强供应链整体的竞争优势的有效手段。本文就旨在研究信息共享在备件管理中是否能够达到同样的作用,从而解决备件管理中存在的问题,并为备件管理中信息共享战略的实施提供管理上的启示。 文中在对研究问题及研究现状进行分析的基础上,从维修备件和服务备件两个角度,利用系统动力学仿真工具对备件管理中的信息共享模式进行模拟,并通过对比信息共享前后各参与方绩效水平的变化,衡量在备件管理中实施信息共享的价值。 在维修备件管理信息共享价值研究中,我们考虑了目前企业正在广泛采用的两种信息共享方式:用户间联合维修备件管理信息共享模式和供应商参与的联合维修备件管理模式,并将这两种信息共享模式下的绩效与无任何信息共享模式下的绩效进行比较。最后通过对仿真结果的分析找到了不同信息共享模式下信息共享参与方绩效水平的变化,并且为企业参与信息共享提出了建议。 在服务备件信息共享的价值研究中,我们考虑了产品的回收、消费者购买倾向、售后服务水平、产品生命周期等因素,然后分别在有无信息共享两种情况下利用系统动力学建立仿真模型,分析信息共享战略的实施对供应商和零售商绩效的影响。通过定量分析,得出结论:在服务备件管理中信息共享战略的实施对生产商的绩效有明显的改善作用,而对零售商的绩效影响不大。最后,在对因果关系进行深入研究的基础上,阐述了导致该结果的原因,并提出管理上的启示。 最后,对文章进行了总结,并提出了未来的研究方向。 
英文摘要:With the development of society and the awareness of customers, competitions among companies have become more and more fierce. Companies have to pay their attention to both products and customers. Therefore, how to provide the products and service to their customer efficiently and effectively excites their interest. And this is where the value of spare parts lies. Spare parts can help companies produce goods that customers need continually, at the same time, they contribute to enhance the level of after sales service. So a majority of companies are willing to store spare parts. But once they make this decision, they will find that there are a series of problems, such as a high level of inventory and capital coefficient, dissatisfaction of spare parts demand, depreciate of spare parts. Then what should companies do to settle these problems? Managers of these companies have focused on this problem, and many researchers also have done much work on it. In the study on traditional supply chain, information flow is considered as a kind of impetus of supply chain operation. As an important part of information flow management, information sharing has been accepted as an effective method to reduce transaction cost among supply chain partners, to increase response speed of supply chain networks, and to strengthen competitive ability of supply chains. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the effectiveness of information sharing in spare parts management, and give some insights in how to actualize information sharing in spare parts management. In this thesis, we study the value of information sharing in spare parts management from two different aspects, that is, maintenance spare parts management and service spare parts management. With the help of system dynamics simulation tools, we model different information sharing modes in spare parts management, and explore the value of information sharing in spare parts management by comparing the performance with and without information sharing. In the study on value of information sharing in maintenance spare parts management, we consider two information sharing modes: jointly managed inventory among users and jointly managed inventory with the participant of supplier. System dynamic models are built for these two information sharing modes and the maintenance spare parts management system without information sharing. Then the performance changes of information sharing participants are discussed and some insights are derived. In the study on value of information sharing in service spare parts management, many factors are taken into account, such as recovery of used products, customers’preferences, after sales service level and product life cycle. The simulation results of two service spare parts management systems——with and without information sharing——are compared. And we reach a conclusion that information sharing in service spare parts management can bring great benefits to the manufacturer, while it does not improve the performance of the retailer. The reasons for this result are given. Finally, we draw a conclusion of this thesis, and discuss the future work which can be done in this study.
