中文摘要：	PCB产业的健康有序发展是我国电子信息化产业发展的需要，为我国电子信息产业的发展提供了有力的支撑。同时，随着国内3G，4G，5G产业的发展，智能手机，平板电脑，可穿戴式设备，基站等电子终端的兴起都对PCB产业产生强大的拉力，进一步促进了PCB产业的繁荣。同时PCB生产过程涉及工序繁多，每个工序工艺又包括若干个子工序。相关PCB材料在PCB生产的各个环节均必不可少，具有品种多、质量要求高、对环境洁净度要求苛刻、可靠性要求高、产品更新换代速度快等特点。高品质的原辅材料是PCB最终产品的质量及性能的稳定性、可靠性的重要保障。因此PCB专用辅助材料的规模直接与PCB生产企业的生产和投资规模相关。随着电子消费类产品需求的快速增长，加之国家对环境保护、产品质量、生产节能高效的重视，PCB产业将迎来更加快速的发展，并将最终催生对PCB配套产业的更多需求和要求，旺盛的下游需求和有力的政策保障，给PCB配套产业带来了快速发展的契机，这必将推动我国早日全面打通PCB整个产业链，成为真正意义上的PCB制造强国。因此PCB辅助材料在我国PCB产业的发展中占有重要的位置，研究PCB辅助材料公司的发展模式具有重大指导意义。本研究基于解决实际企业发展战略问题，对我国PCB辅助材料公司的发展模式进行探讨。研究的主要内容为励高公司发展模式与发展战略，从公司战略理论入手，探讨了励高公司作为一个PCB辅助材料公司在外部环境中面临的机会与威胁，内部环境中的优势与劣势。提出了励高公司发展战略设计与具体讨论了发展战略的实施。
英文摘要：	PCB industry healthy and orderly development is needed for Chinese electronic information industry, which provides a strong support for the development of Chinese electronic information industry. At the same time, with the development of 3G ,4G industry, intelligent mobile phone, tablet computer, base station and other electronic terminal, that give strong pulling force for the PCB industry, meanwhile that promote the prosperity of PCB industry. PCB production process involves various processes, each process includes several sub processes. PCB materials are essential for all aspects of PCB production process, The feature for PCB materials is that which has many varieties, high quality requirements, environmental requirements, high reliability requirements, product renewal requirements etc.. High quality of raw materials is an important guarantee for PCB’s stability, reliability, performance. The scale of PCB raw materials industry is also directly with the production and investment. scale of PCB production enterprises in. With the rapid growth of electronic consumer products, meanwhile, the state pay high attention on environmental protection, product quality, energy saving, PCB industry will develop more rapidly, and which will eventually create more demand and requirements for PCB supporting industry. The downstream demand and strong policy support, which has brought the opportunity of rapid development for PCB supporting industry, which will promote the whole PCB industry chain for our country. and made our country a true sense of PCB manufacturing power. PCB raw material occupies an important position in the development of Chinese PCB industry, It has great significance for research about it. This study is based on solving the problems of enterprise strategic, and discussing about the development mode of Chinese PCB raw materials company. The main content of this thesis is the strategic development model of Leadhigh company. From the strategy theory, we discuss Leadhigh company who is a PCB raw materials company, which faces the opportunities and threats in the external environment, strengths and weaknesses in the inner environment. We design a development strategy for Leadhigh company and discusses this strategy that applied.
