| 中文摘要: | 随着我国现代化建设进程的不断推进,工业化与信息化的“两化”融合不断深入,伴随着云计算和虚拟化的发展以及高性能智能终端的普及,在国家鼓励信息消费的背景下,软件产业化已经成为趋势,软件工程项目已成为国民经济的支柱产业之一。软件项目管理作为软件工程过程中的重要环节之一,与基建工程项目、土木工程项目等相比, 具有非常鲜明的自身特点:软件产品不可见、不存在标准的软件过程、大型项目往往是一次性的且没有经验可以借鉴、产品功能需具备持续更新性、产品需具有良好的信息安全性等。上述软件工程项目的特点决定了软件项目的管理的特殊复杂性。 本文在对国内外关于软件工程和软件项目管理产生背景、研究现状及发展概况进行综述的基础上,基于中新天津生态城的软件工程项目管理中资源分配的案例分析,系统论述了作者对于软件项目管理中资源分配问题的研究成果。 本文研究了软件工程项目的开发模式以及开发阶段的资源分配优化问题。基于COCOMO(构造性成本模型,construction cost model,后简称COCOMO)的基本模型,分别从时间和人力资源分配两个方面探讨了软件开发资源分配问题,并提出了上述两个方面的优化模型。利用数学方法得出费用最优前提下的时间和人力资源配置的最优化模型。然后,本文还研究了软件工程项目集合的时间、费用、人力资源配置的优化方案,得出了相应资源的优方案。 本文基于上述模型的研究成果,以中新天津生态城的信息化软件工程项目为案例,研究了该案例条件下的时间与人力资源分配方法,并提出了相应的实际优化方案。基于本文的研究成果,提高项目开发效率,提高整体项目管理水平,保障软件工程管理在实际项目管理中的效率和质量。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the continuous progress of China's modernization process, the integration of industrialization and informatization continuing to deepen, along with the popularization of cloud computing ,vitualization,high performance intelligent terminals,in background of the country to encourage the consumption of information, software industrialization has become a trend and the software engineering project has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy. Software Project Management as one important part of the software engineering process, compared with the infrastructure projects,civil engineering projects,has its own very distinctive features that the software product is not visible, there is no standard software process, large-scale projects are often a nature and no experience could learn, must continuously updated product features and good information security. Characteristics of these software projects determine the special complexity of software project management. On the basis of software engineering and software project management background, current research and development situation,this paper focuses on the analysis to optimizating resources allocation which based on the case of software engineering project management in Tianjin Eco-City, the author discusses the software system research resource allocation problems in project management. This paper studies the allocation of resources and the development stage of the development model of software project optimization problems. Based on COCOMO (construction cost model) mode, which is the time limited and human resources, the resource allocation problems in software development were discussed from the basic and optimization model proposed . Firstly,using Mathematical method to find out resource allocation model of the time limited and human resources. Secondly, the paper also studied as a function of the scale of human resources and systems, and discusses the human resource allocation problem of software systems development, software engineering model proposed allocation of human resources in the project. Based on the research results of the above model,search for the time limited and human resource allocation method which takes the Tianjin Eco-City project information software project as a case,and proposed the corresponding optimization model and method. Based on the research results,it could reduce the resource consumption, increase the efficiency of project development and the level of project management, ensure of the efficiency and quality of the software project. | |
