| 中文摘要: | 改革开放以来,民营企业逐渐成为中国经济不可或缺的一部分,社会地位也在显著提高。目前民营企业约占中国总企业数量的80%,解决了70%的就业,上缴了60%的税收。在民营企业快速发展的背后,我们不得不关注到的是,民营企业依然存在规模小、竞争力弱、抗风险能力差等诸多自身弱点和劣势。面对这些困难,无论你是处于创业期还是成长期,选择股份合作机制才是民营企业发展壮大的捷径! 本文理论联系实际,从实证和案例分析切入,紧紧围绕友发钢管集团合作机制的研究为主题展开研究。首先,阐述了我国民营企业的发展现状,以及对民营企业合作机制的理解。在此基础上,逐渐分析民营企业合作机制对企业用人、保留人才的价值以及企业合作机制成功和失败的案例;其次,通过对天津友发钢管集团合作机制的案例深入分析,厘清友发集团成功的十大关键要素,梳理其发展阶段及合作机制的得失;最后,就友发集团发展的实际案例,提示作为民营企业,实施合作机制可能存在的误区,探讨民营企业合作过程中如何进行股权设计、民主决策、分工协作、进入退出机制建设等问题。 本文创新之处在于突破单个企业单打独斗的困境,通过采用适合民营企业的合作方式,不断让企业发展壮大,为企业提升行业地位、扩大企业规模、吸引保留人才等提供了一条可供借鉴的路径和方法。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the reform and opening up, the private enterprises have become an integral part of Chinese economy. Currently, they are accounted for about 80% of the total number of enterprises in China, which sloved 70% employment and paid 60% tax. Behind the rapid development of private enterprises, we have to pay attention to the existing weakness and disadvantages that, private enterprises is still in small scale, living with weak competitiveness and poor ability to resist risks. Faced with these difficulties, whether you are at beginning or growing stage, choosing the share cooperation mechanism is a shortcut of the development of private enterprises. This paper used practice to enhance theory, from the perspective of empirical analysis and case study, closely researching the cooperation mechanism of YouFa Steel Pipe Group. Firstly, the article described the current development of private enterprises in China, as well as the understanding of cooperation mechanism in private enterprise. On this basis, this paper gradually analyzed the value of the mechanism in retaining talent value and both successful and failure cases. Secondly, it deeply analysed the case of adopting this mechanism in Tianjin YouFa Steel Pipe Group, to clarify the ten key elements of the success, and also the gain and loss in its development stage and the use of cooperation mechanism. In addition, combined with practical case of YouFa Steel Pipe Group development, it suggested that, as a private enterprise, the implementation of cooperation mechanism may also exist misunderstanding. Finally, this article discusses how to make the share design, democratic decision-making, division of labor cooperation, construction of entry and exit mechanism of private enterprises in the process of cooperation. The innovation of this paper is to break through the independent plight of single enterprise, through the adoption of suitable cooperation method to keep the development of enterprise, and provide a path and method that can be referenced for enhancing the industry status, expanding the scale of enterprises, attracting and retaining the talent. | |
